Not sure if it was the manager or who it was very unprofessional, my brother went there to get his car checked for it not starting, which it needed a new battery the guy was cussing the whole time, smoking cigarettes, throwing trash on the floor outside and slamming and hitting the door to go inside and outside of the store. I will NOT RECOMMEND going here unprofessional all the way around. The gentleman had a long beard and was Caucasian again not sure if it was the manager or a worker and they were having a bad day but they still didn’t need to act that way.

Really do not enjoy my experience. Is it because I'm an out-of-towner . The ladies got to have a snotty attitude. The lady asked the name and I told her and she said what was that and I said it again and she got offended because I said it a little louder!.what?.. so if you didn't hear me and I speak up that's wrong? Then she asked me if I need a bag I said no I'm good. And I guess that was the wrong answer too. I'm not your bud!.. sorry forever using your store!

I was just leaving there and the young Alex, a Hispanic boy who is working today, took care of us very badly. He began to take care of others and we who were already there were ignored by my husband's complaint and his response was to go to other places, when my husband told him about the battery time. He already changed the way he treated us...he was abusive and rude...I will try not to go there again.

I knew nothing about cars so it was nice to go in the store and talk to a friendly female associate! Meagan was knowledgeable and super cool.. idc what happens or where I’m at if I need car help I’m coming here to get help ?

Stopped into Orieleys, Auto Zone, and Advanced in Crosby today looking for an off the wall part. Most help I recieved was at Auto Zone. Problem was one of the managers didn't want to be bothered with a batter install, so he attempted to have the young man that was helping me do it. Poor management

They treated me very poorly just for arriving 10 minutes before closing, I don't recommend it, it's better to go to another store
