Alamo had my f350 for a month this first time and I only had it back a week and then went back to them for another month and a half and all they did was change the starter this last time.. they have poor communication and obviously doesn’t have the tools or knowledge to work on diesel truck and I also took my truck to a different shop the same day I picked it up from Alamo and now I have to get a new motor because of the work that they did causing my motor to lock up I definitely don’t recommend taking a diesel truck to them

This place is all about MONEY!! Bruno fast talks you all while PRETENDING to care and do fair business. They were to fix an issue with my vehicle after paying several thousands, I drove my car for an hour and a similar issue was still going on. Called and was told to bring it back and suddenly there is something else needing to be repaired. After picking it up now two different warning lights are on and one is the check engine light that is never on. Stay away from this place dishonest, liars, con artist, greedy and etc... sad to have to take a vehicle to Houston when Alamo(Bruno) can simply be honest!

What a refreshing change! My car was dropped off Monday, I received a follow up estimate call 5 hours later and on Tuesday at 1pm, receive a call telling me it was done. I haven't ever had such exemplary service from an auto shop. Definitely recommend!Service: Auto battery replacement

Don’t use this place. His goof ball mechanics left the lug nuts off my son’s Camaro and the front wheels came off while he was driving down Hare Road. The workers arrived after calling them immediately and they put on some lug nuts that they found at the shop. There was serious damage spent to both sides and under carriages. I called my insurance company and made a claim. The vehicle is at Service King for repairs that Alamo caused. Don’t use these incompetent people at Alamo. They pretended that they didn’t do anything wrong. A very unprofessional business.Services: Steering & suspension replacement

Vehicle was overheating and paid $500 problem wasn't fixed, same day, same issue. Called as soon as I got from their shop to 2100 saying it's already overheating was told to drive a few days if still having issues bring it back. Went back paid almost $600 literally got halfway home and same issue. Called Bruno said bring it back and then suddenly after him having me waste over a $1,000 he said the engine needs to be replaced. Thought he just got over on me. Well my coworker took their vehicle same day they picked it up after paying over $1,200 its still doing the same thing. Bruno told her bring it back. I assume that shop is only decent to customers that have gone there for years because I know several that have been ripped off recently.

Very reasonable prices and fast service. Replaced a starter and had the truck back within a few hours. Had used on previous occasion for repair work. Would highly recommend.
