Front desk lady didn’t help me, I asked several questions and she answered rudely with 1 or 2 words. Definitely not coming back! Makes me not want to come to Crockett for that matter.

The Branch Manager Cathy Crawley had no desire to assist me resolve a business concern. I had to contact customer service to get assistance. Prosperity has a Diversity Policy that I feel is not followed by this branch. I would not recommend opening a business account with this branch.
