Being new to the area I went to another alignment shop to get it done and the guy told me he could do it pulled into the shop waited over an hour just for them to come out and tell me they couldn’t do it because it would take too long there because something was wrong with my control arms so my husband told me to go to precision. The owner was AMAZING told me he could get it done took it back and yes it took AWHILE because he was adamant he test drive to confirm it was fixed right and ended up needing to do it a second time to get it perfect we were under the assumption there was some other work we were gonna have to get done and he was completely honest and flat out told me it wasn’t anything I needed to do right away and it was still in good shape. Yes there a little pricey but SO SO worth it just for the honesty and how thorough they are and unlike other shops me being a woman didn’t try to make up a bunch of nonsense that didn’t need done to be able to charge more! They will definitely be getting all of mine and my husband’s business from now on!!!

So thankful I found this place after starting on a long roadtrip and my car started shaking! Jake did all he could to help me along my way safely and talked me through everything that was going on with the car and what he was going to do to help the issue. Can’t express my gratitude to Jake. Passing through town with three kids and over 150 miles to go, and my engine overheats. Jake was so helpful despite the fact that his shop is for tires and maintenance (the shop was incredibly clean, and he even had a few children books on the table which was just a thoughtful touch). Even pointed us to a coffee shop to pass the time (also highly recommend) as he evaluated my car to ensure our safety. His kindness was a huge blessing and honestly very refreshing as a very worried stranger rolling through town. A million thanks!
