I am hard core Cajun and traveled to LA from TX last 30 yrs for REAL sausage. This place can give DONs in Scott, LA a run for the money!! This is my "Go To Place" for wonderfully smoked meats! D Houston

We are new to Crockett and were so happy to find this wonderful meat market. There was pleasant conversation while the meat was being cut and packaged. They made us feel right at home. The cuts of beef and pork were cut nicely and wrapped with care.

We take pride in all of our smoked products being made inhouse! J&W selections includes 8 varieties of smoked sausage, many varieties smoked cheese, snack sticks, boudin and summer sausage. We also offer custom wild game processing. There is no "batch" work done here!
