My 17 year old trucked was backed into and the entire drivers side back panel and rear bumper was destroyed. They had my truck for about 2 weeks and when I got my truck back I was blown away on how nice it looked. That was my first experience using Bruner's and I would highly recommend them. Fingers crossed I don't need to go to a body shop/repair shop anytime soon but if I do I feel very confident in going back.

Hit or miss honestly. Like, it's good for insurance jobs and if you replace your cars more often than other people. But if you're like me who has an older car that you like and want to keep around for a while like others, I think you'd wanna find some place else.I kind of have the feeling they'd take you for a s***** if they see it; Rather taking more time to do jobs that they would want to work on instead of a fair treatment.I certainly feel that way after one job I had months ago. I just wanted a plastic wheel liner replaced (That I provided) and the fitment of my front bumper fixed/adjusted (I messed up how it was supposed to fit in place from some screwing around I did a while ago) and I clearly marked on their form that I wanted it. I come back about a day later and claimed that the job was done but somehow they didn't have a receipt printed out at all, which seemed strange but I just went with it.It was a week later that I looked under the front bumper that they did NOT fix the bumper's fitment, rather just drill a friggin' screw straight in the middle of it near the radiator.The thing is some stuff is just a YouTube video away for me, but If you can't just do some regular work that I ask for and pay for and they don't do it right, I have no choice but to take it somewhere else.My dad would have some horror story like the time they recycled water from the carpet extractor to clean his car, like that.At least they do good color matching.Services: Auto body & trim repair
