Shark Motorcycle Repair provides great service from very nice people. They fix and replace tires, including for older metric cruisers, and handle other work on bikes. The mechanic does a wonderful and awesome job for a great and reasonable price. Be aware that you may have to wait a while, as he is the only mechanic in the area for such older motorcycles. He is a very cool guy to chat with.

I got my 2003 Honda Shadow 750 tires replaced here, Thad did a wonderful job,for a great price. Just keep in mind that he's the only mechanic in the area that works on metric cruisers older than 10-12 years old so you may have to wait a while on your bike.

He did a awesome job. Had a front tire and some other stuff done to the bike as well. I never used him before but heard a lot of great things about him. So I thought I would give him a try.
