This place was unexpectedly awesome. I went to get some expanded metal, and they had it much cheaper than anywhere around, I drove 2 hours to get it because it was such a good deal. The best part was the service. Impeccable service. They thanked me for my business, were super friendly, and even walked me to the section for some other parts I was looking for. Can not recommend enough.

I spoke with Jennifer. It’s been quite a long time since I’ve had such incredible customer service. She went way above and beyond assisting me and had great follow-up. It would have been so easy for her to just say “No, we don’t have any”. I taught exceptional customer service courses with American Express and I would have hired her immediately.
