I have had great customer service there. And things I have mailed from there seems to get to it’s destination faster than if I mail it from Kaufman. I always like to mail important things from Crandall.

Sometimes bring mail, most times don’t. Always says “insecure location” even though I have a sign on my mailbox to leave packages by the gate. Half the time when there’s envelopes, they leave the mailbox door opens and half of it has flown out

They were very friendly and helpful. They always answer the phone and the guy and the front desk always has a smile on his face. They do their best to help you out
