Will not waist my time with them again . We have been trying to get out puppy shot for over a week . Called ahead of time witch I live 20 mins away. Both trips I get told they are giving shots and once I get there I then get told different. I don’t know what kind of system they run but they have to get their communication squared away. Made me waist my time and money .

They need to make it clear that you pay for antibiotics, which I cannot understand how you close an incision after a surgery you don't automatically get an antibiotic. I did NOT take anything home but my dogs and got changed for something that is supposed to be done after a surgery. Also I got charged for transport and ended up having to go to the facility because the driver said my puppies were showing aggression AND Ahad to go pick them up because they would not bring them back. But when I got to the clinic they showed NO signs of aggression and he was able to get them off the transport with no problems to bring them to me. So I ended up having to make 2 trips to the clinic which is 40 minutes away from me, when if I had known all of this I could have taken them somewhere closer AND cheaper than the "free" nueter they offer. NEVER AGAIN will I use Spay Neuter Network for this type of procedure.

So far so good. Her spay was on Friday. Everything went smooth with drop off and pick up. I did the transport option. She is recovering well and happy to be back home

I hardly leave reviews but I just had to come let the people know that this place is a Blessing and it’s because the staff that runs the place are AWESOME. Thank you for being patient,kind, and professional also special thank you to the Lead Tech guy he was the best . Totally worth the wait for my appointment, may the whole staff be Blessed.

This is still a great place to get your animal spayed or neutered. But let me tell you about my experience in the last 4 days. I had to go into surgery. Major surgery for my ankle, so I call to change an appointment.
I called when I could call cause I was in the hospital and on a bunch of drugs. As you would be after surgery, so they have a line on their phone that says to make or change an appointment. So they're telling me that I had to call 3 days before and they sent me a conformation. no where ON THEIR WEBSITE DOES IT SAY THIS..And that was absolutely true but I was knocked out on drugs in a hospital. LIFE CHANGES IN A SECOND..So I lost my $140 and they get to keep it. That I have to start all over again.Which of course I will never do.I'll go somewhere else.
I recommend tcaps.. In Arlington, you don't go through all this difficulty toStand outside in the rain, the cold or the terrible heat.Sometimes that we have in the summertime.Even at 7 AM and they're ready for you.They have four check in lines not one.. I've spent over $64000 with my rescue group with this organization. And they just lost my account. They should be ashamed of themselves for such horrible treatment.. I used to work for them.That's how loyal I was to this organstation.. But I've always said to everybody.You're one decision away from disast How do you give it one star?Otherwise , it wouldn't be posted

(This review is specifically for the Crandall location )The person that came to pick up the animals to transfer them to the vet was very rude and annoyed. There was a larger breed dog barking and causing stress for the other animals. Instead of quickly calling the owners to come receive their dog, he proceeded to yell aggressively and tell the dog to “shut up “. After taking care of the next two people he finally called. After the dog started bleeding from the mouth after trying to chew through the cage he was in. Also, the price states that it would include any pain medication’s needed. My dog was in an immense amount of pain and no medication was given . The collar that they gave my dog to keep him from getting to the incision site was way too big and kept falling off of my dog’s head. Their solution was to tie a ribbon around his neck, which I noticed was causing him problems, so I removed it . They stated that they would accept cash upon pick up for any balance due . Which is not correct, this option is only available for those who come to the vet to pick their dogs up after the surgery. They informed me that I would need to pay with a card so I had to take time off of work to put the cash back into my account, then called me letting me know that I could pay for cash after I already put it back into my account. I called two times to let them know that I had put the money in my account and to charge the card on file. They still called me saying that they could not get the payment to process, after I had called them twice with the correct card information earlier in the day. After I receive my dog back, I noticed where they shaved him was not done correctly and they nicked his skin quite a bit around his private area. Surgery went great, which is why I’m giving it at least a couple of stars, but they really need to work on customer service and proper wording on their paperwork to not confused people or cause people any type of frustration going through the process, when they’re already worried about their puppy being in someone else’s care.

I've taken all of my cats there over the years and they have always been very friendly and kind. I've referred all my frineds to them. Keep up the good work it helps to have a place that is affordable for our pets when everything else is so expensive

Everything went as they said it would. We were able to spay our cat, get her shots and chipped for a fraction of the regular vet office. Our kitty healed quickly and is back to herself!

Good experience. My 4 month old kitten was in heat and I was able to get her in on short notice to be spayed. The Clinic was clean, and the staff was kind. Drop off took around 30 minutes and pick up was quick. She healed nicely, thanks SNN!
