“I like the store and their personnel but it's a little pricier than walmart, I like the Sav on pharmacy though, you can get really good prices on prescriptions if you use the GoodRX app, it's free, it was going to cost me 700.00 for 30 pill count of a certain medicine using my insurance, but with GoodRX I only paid 23.00, big freaking difference, at Walmart would've been 37.00 using GoodRX so Albertsons is cheaper on prescriptions but don't use your insurance, use GoodRX.”

“Now this it's customer service! Mr. Albert provides more than just customer service. He is kind and friendly to everyone. Even those he's not helping. I saw this man help an elderly lady by scanning all her items and bagging them in the self checkout lane. Every person that walked by he would say hello to while helping. This gentleman needs to be recognized for his kind nature, warm heart and the ability to make someone happy with a brief conversation. It's been a busy day and I was a little cranky until now. Thank you Mr. Albert! I don't live near this Kroger but I will now come out of my way for this type of warmth. More than service, it is a welcome home.”

“Seagoville Walmart Pharmacy has a great team. I visit this location quit often for my prescriptions and never have an issue. This particular visit was longer than usual only because the medicine the doctor prescribed was not available. The team then went above and beyond to try and find another local Walmart Pharmacy that may have had the medication. I was very pleased with their curtesy and accountability. This Team is Awesome :)”

“My first review was about how Dale the pharmacist/pharmacy manager is rude and he is. Other reviews have said as much. I know that the pharmacy is short staffed and times can be over whelming but when a patient is stuck at work and can only call you should tell them you have no time for them especially when the mistake was made by the pharmacy. BUT Michael the other pharmacist is very kind and nice. He completely makes up for Dale. He listens and cares. Talking to Michael made me go from a one star review to a five star review. I hope Dale knows just how much Michael saves him.”

“I visited your store on Christmas. All of the employees that worked that day were extremely nice excluding the heavy set gentleman. They had smiles and were even supporting one another when problems arose. I was in the store for a bit because the volume was high because you’re one of the few stores open. I just thought it was nice to see people so kind working in a day they need to be with family.An incident arise where a customer got upset over a price. The customer is never right btw. The cashier went back to verify. I thought that that was going above and beyond considering the store was very busy. The cashier in photo called out kindly for anyone to come to her desk. There was great team work and kindness in the store that day.”

“Went in here today and I really like this Kroger. The manager, I think he's pretty new there, was very helpful. He held on to an item for me because I had forgot my wallet and it was the last item of its kind. I think the staff is friendly and there is a woman who always gives my son a sticker when we shop there. I really like the staff at this Kroger. I highly recommend this location!”

“It was very clean. I had bought Foster Grant's reading glasses. The sign said 2 for 1. Well I grabbed 2 reading glasses that was in the $9.99 spot and it was $21.99 for the one. I asked about why it was that much. When I said these were under 9.99 tag. The associate said they were messed up and I would have to look for them. I should not have had to do that. But that won't work for me.”

“Went to get my sons prescription, was gonna use good RX, no insurance. They called me over and said they didn't have the meds, and if they did, it was over 100.00. I was panicking because my son was in a lot of pain. What was I going to do? The pharmacist Karen, saw I was in distress, came over to see if she could help. She called CVS, they didn't have it either. She called the ER that called it in, together they found something that would work. Anywhere else would have just said sorry, we don't have it. I just really want to thank her for caring and taking the time.”

When the $600 cost of a new prescription took me by surprise, she recommended I look for a coupon on line with the manufacturer. Sure enough, I paid $75 the next day with a coupon that took 2 minutes to click on and print. Being in the healthcare field, I appreciate her commitment to being a patient advocate even when the lines were long and she was super busy.”

“Let’s go Krogering ! Love my shoppers card , digital coupons and sales ads never disappoint. You can save some serious money in Kroger . The only negative thing I can say about this location is FIX THE PARKING LOT ! The pot holes and bumps and man this store makes good money prime location no other grocery stores in the vicinity so fix the parking lot lol . Employees are great , store is clean bakery department is amazing with cake orders . The sales ad is always good .”

“Today on 11/25/2023, I visited the CVS Store on Cartwright in Mesquite Texas. Just want to say thank you for the old fashion customer service. In the age of AI, it felt great to hear a young man greet me as I came inside the front door. Also, another older gentleman that was dressed in business attire appeared to be the manager and he too greeted me and thanked me for visiting the store. Who does that anymore? CVS staff did. I also used the photo Kiosk and the young gentleman came up over and let me know he was available for any help or assistance. I actually ended up needing his help. He helped me to get my pictures uploaded successfully and one 5x7 photo printed off. It was the smiles, the greetings, and just the courteous and friendly all points of interaction that I really appreciated. This is how you treat your customers. I will be back because of this type of service. Thank you for your service.”
