Be ready to wait hours for drop off and hours to pick up half the staff is rude I'll pay more for better service and not waste half my day.

Called in yesterday morning and was told to be there at 1. Made it on time and signed in. Afterwards I was told that they should be able to see my puppy so when I questioned "should" I was re assured that since I made it early enough there shouldnt be a problem. at 2:45 they weighed my puppy and said since it was just her first shots it wouldnt be much longer. At 3:20 the nervous employees came to the lobby and let them know the Vet had left and they couldnt see any more pets. I felt awful for the staff because they had to break the news to a room full of upset people who had been led to believe they would be seen. Any Vets in the market for great employees heres your staff. They are wonderful. What is wrong is the leadership. The whole time they were clearly relaying messages from the Vet about timing. Yet they were left to face the music and all were sincerely saddened and nervous to deliver the bad news. Its petty to treat your staff this way, let alone your customers.

You have to get there early because it's first come, first served, but you cannot beat the prices and they are efficient and thorough. The guy who did her shots and took her blood was kind and quick.

I wrote a review a few weeks ago after I took my female cat to get spayed. After the surgery she started to behave different like if she was scared. Two days ago she attacked me out of nowhere while I was in bed and she was laying down next to me, leaving me with bad injuries all over my face and arm, I had to call 911 . Because of the incident the shelter took her and sadly my beloved cat was put to sleep. To some people it might just be an animal but to me she was part of my family, I miss her so much and it hurts me that she's not here anymore. She never behaved like that all this time she was with me. I found her when she was a month old. My other cat was neuter at another location and he never changed his behavior but her even the day I when to pick her up I thought she was not gonna make it because of the way she looked. I will never take or recommend this place in particular, staff so unprofessional. Mimi is gone and tonight is gonna bring her back.

Tried to save money by having my dog neutered here. I did everything they said told me to do and 2 days later he had a major infection from his surgery. Brought him back to have checked out and they charged me another $262 and said him sitting in the grass will cause the infection. Thats ridiculous and will never go back here again. This place is CROOKS.

I've never had a bad experience with staff or my pets I've got a baby kitten we just found we'll be bringing in for shots & surgery. It's low cost so that's a plus already, I would recommend to anyone family & friends even strangers who don't know where to take there pets.

We recently took in a stray male kitty cat unexpectedly, and brought him here for neutering, vaccinations, and microchipping. The surgery day was well-organized, the staff were very kind and efficient, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. I was so thankful to have a reasonably priced option for these services. Kitty's surgery went great, I received a text when he was all done letting me know it went well, and I was able to collect him earlier than expected. Great experience and I would highly recommend this clinic. An easy drive from Dallas.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Spay Neuter Network. I've used them for feral cats, rescue/foster cats, and my own cats. I've used the drop locations and drove to Crandall. The staff at Crandall was very nice and efficient. I arrived about 6:50am for 7:00am drop off and was in and out. Have your paperwork done and they will get you checked-in and your fur baby taken back promptly. I feel great knowing that every dime we spend with them is helping to serve a greater purpose for the animals.

Next available is March 29th!! I told her really it was their fault for the mix-up not mine. I cant wait a month my 2 girl cats are in heat. She said that's all they had for me to take it or she could refund me my deposit back all while smacking her gum. Told her I wanted to speak to manager she said manager wasn't in till Monday. I've taken three animals here two of them turned out okay but still had complications the last one didn't make it. I was strongly suggest not taking your animal here they do too many and one day and they tend to not make sure that your pet is okay. If I could I would give them zero Stars
