What I have always loved about this pharmacy is they go above and beyond for their customers. I absolutely love supporting a small business, especially when they treat us like we are family. I would not go anywhere else! We love Gary and all the fantastic staff.

They are very slow. I even went personally and told a lady what refills I needed. I went back 2 business days later and they said they didn’t get my request.Their system computer rx is useless, they still wont refill them. People need their medications!! I have had to go without!!

I went into Crandall Pharmacy for the first time yesterday and met Gary Mayberry, Pharmacist. I was looking for a prescription drug that was in short supply. I had already visited or called about 20 other pharmacys and was told they did not have my prescription. Mr Mayberry told me he had a small supply of what I needed but he wasn't sure my insurance would cover it. He had gotten his supply from a wholesaler that was charging a higher price than usual, but if I would have my doctor to send over my subscription he would work to get it covered. I got a call today that I was covered under my insurance. Crandall Pharmacy will be my new top choice pharmacy in the future.

Moved to the area almost 2 years ago from the city, and started looking for local places to use like cleaners, barber, pharmacy, etc… and that’s when we found them.I have nothing to say but wonderful things about their team. Extremely polite and helpful and they truly go out of their way to help you.Highly recommended!!!

I can say in all honesty, Gary and the staff are 100% there for their customers. They all ways greed you as you enter the store with a smile and willingest to help with any questions you may have. Gary has help me in past that most pharmacy would have done. I highly recommend them to anyone in or out of area.
