Del and his son came out tonight and I can't be more grateful, this is my first home and never had to use the heat yet as we moved in during the summer. So friendly and easy to talk to when it came to explaining what was wrong fixed my issue in less than an hr. Oh and did I mention that I had called this morning, same day appointment! Again amazing and will recommend everyone I know to use thier service! Thank you guys and I'll be calling in the spring for a check up!

Had work done in April of 23, called them for warranty work and they were out within a few days fixing the problem. Patrick with them is great! Hard working and always wants the best for the customer.

Del has been incredible to work with! We have called on him several times for various issues with our AC over the last year and each time he has been quick to get us on his schedule, almost as if we were his family and he was prioritizing our needs like his own!He is excellent at communicating when he will arrive or send a member of his team, and he maintains that same communication throughout his work by letting us know what he's doing and what his next steps are toward completion.His cost is reasonable and didn't break our bank. D'Andre and team were professional, responsive, very thorough. We were in the process of moving into our place and had cleaners and other things lined up, so the window was narrow to get our Ducts cleaned. D'Andre understood the situation we were in and aligned schedules.Pat and Shayne were the dynamic duo that came (on time!) to do the work. Pat (who was the lead) took the time to explain things in a simple manner and walked me through, I asked a lot of questions so he was very patient with me. >>>: They did miss 2 vents (partially my fault), so I called D'Andre to provide feedback. D'Andre was very apologetic and wanted to make things right! He literally sent Pat and Shayne to correct things right after the job they were working on!I will say there are way too many shady companies in this business that use scare tactics to try and get you to spend / waste money, Not First Class Air & Restoration!
