This place is very friendly. Staff is great for the most part.. gotta take account one lady who is all over the place but very friendly. Manager is exceptional! She will always make right just have to communicate with her the problem!

Great experience! I used Crandall Cleaners for the first time recently, and I was very pleased. My dress turned out great! The price was beyond fair. My dress was ready very quickly. The lady I interacted with at the store was very nice and knowledgeable. I got a discount for being a first time customer. I was informed of future discounts if I pay upfront. I will be back--very soon!

As a pregnant woman, my brain is very slow and I forget things so easily. We had an important event to attend today and its been a crazy day and forgot they closed early. Luckily, we were able to reach out to the owner of this establishment and as embarrassed as i was to ask if they can make something happen for me to get my kids and husbands closes, Jim came through and was able to open up just to get us our close. I am more than grateful for you. A million times thank you for coming out and helping us out. I am forever a faithful customer.

Was told my cloths would be ready at 4:45/5 when dropped off at 7:15, now being told they won’t be ready today and I have nothing to wear to a graduation. Absolutely ridiculous. Could go in and on about how the place looks, smells, and operates. But it would end up being a small novel. Do not use this place. It’s a jokeEdit: the owner Mr. Steven’s helped me out. And made it all right. Very understanding and apologetic person. Made everything work out just fine.
