“Justin and his team were outstanding from the beginning we knew this was gonna be a hard fix. They communicated with me through the whole process and explained everything like delays on parts and types of repairs. If you've ever been to big collision center you know you gotta wait for a call back or cant reach them. This is not the case with Capital Collision. They're worked above and beyond to get our deadline to go on vacation and they made it happen. 10 stars if I could.”

Grimes Paint and Body painted the new cover, took off the old cover and put on the new one. This was a very small job and I was very pleased with the service provided. I thought wow what a nice kid and he is learning some valuable things working at Auto Zone. He put my new battery on quickly and I was on my way. He mentioned that he will be a senior in high school this year but I forgot to get his name. My receipt shows CSR#7. Kudos to his parents for raising a nice young man!”

Chris, the manager, and Rusty in parts, are beyond patient and went above and beyond to help me find a side rear view mirror for a low cost, fast shipping, and even helped me find a body shop to paint and install it! The dealership would’ve charged me four times that much. Not to mention, a week or so before, another employee kindly installed a battery for me and saved me tons of time instead of waiting on Walmart’s auto shop. I appreciate the employees at this store. Every visit of mine has been pleasant. I always leave with what I need without any upselling or negative experiences. I’d recommend this location to anyone!”

“Cameron at the Cartwright location in Mesquite showed great customer service! He patiently assisted me with fuse testing to pinpoint the issue with my AC. After a couple of tries and replacement of one fuse my AC is back up and running! Definitely saved hundreds of not thousand dollars and save me two hours in my garage. Thank you Cameron!”
