“Convenient Stop with Great Service. I recently stopped at the Exxon gas station on 1201 S Files St. in Itasca, TX, and had a pretty good experience. The location is very convenient, right off the highway, which is perfect for quick refueling. The pumps were in good working order and the flow rate was fast, saving me time.
The store inside was clean and well-stocked with a variety of snacks and essentials, making it easy to grab a quick bite or a drink on the go. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the visit smooth and pleasant.
My only gripe was that the prices were a bit higher compared to other nearby stations, which is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I recommend this Exxon for those who are looking for reliability and good service while on the road.”

“The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was absolutely delicious — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with the perfect amount of spice. It was definitely the highlight of my visit. The BBQ Sandwich, on the other hand, wasn’t quite as good. The flavor was a bit off and the meat could have been more tender and saucy.
The staff were extremely friendly and polite from the moment I walked in until I left, which made the experience much better. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service, and that goes a long way.
The restroom could use some improvements — it wasn’t terrible, but it definitely needs a little more attention and upkeep to match the friendliness of the staff. The store’s selection is on the smaller side, and some items were out of stock, but I understand that this is a local grocery store and they might not always have everything available.
Overall, Tommy’s is a good local spot with great service and tasty food, especially that Spicy Chicken Sandwich. A few small improvements could easily make this place a full 5-star experience.”

“I stop there every morning 6 days a week and the young lady behind the counter know exactly what I get everyday . She is amazing at her job and is always doing something. And is very kind . Only down fall to the station is the fuel pumps the card reader either works or it don't. Wish they had the tap and pay like some of the others I have been to. But all in all the lady's that work the store in the wee hours in the morning are excellent they even have a smile for 3:45 to 4 a.m.”
