Updated review several months later: Post office employees are incredible rude, and they literally cannot deliver packages on time. I have not once had a package arrive on time according to tracking information. It’s always at least a day late. Going on 2 years of late packages now.

We have had packages that were returned to the sender because our “house couldn’t be found,” we live in town two blocks away. We have had over $100 worth of cheese that was put in a hidden place left outside in the heat for two days. The box said perishable and cheese on it. They left the cheese hidden about 10 yards from our front door. They misdelivered a valuable time sensitive package and thankfully it was returned to the office the next day. We constantly are getting mail late because they write “blocked” on our mail. Very horrible experience and service.

I've been coming to this post office since I moved to Austin in 2014 and just recently a new employee a tall blonde lady has made every experience here awful. My problems i've experienced with her range anywhere from her having a bad attitude every visit to anything she takes from me doesn't seem to make it to its destination today's visit she told me I placed my stamp wrong which was a stamp of gaston from beauty in the beast and he was specifically looking up at the address. She tried to peel it off to replace it in its proper place. I like the older friendly ladies who are sweet and caring and like having a good customer experience. This woman acts like she hates life.

The red headed lady here is the meanest person I've ever interacted with. She's in a bad mood every time I've come in and I drop off prepaid packages that don't require anything but to be scanned. She's rude and gets an attitude if you have a question about anything. I get the vibe she hates her life and takes it out on anyone who comes through the door.

Such friendly and efficient service. Is this really USPS?! Coulda fooled me. I drive a couple miles farther to deal with these wonderful people. Thanks for the great service.

Love the location and short lines but some of the staff are incredible in personable and down right rude! Don't dare ask a question about the postage. The response I got was quasi non of your business/why are you even asking and didn't completely answer the question. As if I am bothering by asking how they charge. I'm a little confused as I thought the staff were in a customer service position. Instead of friendly customer service, I received snide commentary. Really Annoying! It took a lot of patience not to snap back in that moment.

Trying to drop off a prepaid package, like I've done dozens of times before, to avoid the line, but told I need to wait "because of the season." Why?
