First of all Thanks to Maddy, she did our whole passport process for my new born baby.
Lots of scope of improvement by management -
1. We went with our infant baby, we booked for photo as well, but no one ever mentioned we need to take a white cloth for photos. (We had to buy in the nearby walmart)
2. Needs to improve the knowledge. She asked our visa documents original copies, to be sent with the passport application (which is not necessary).
Rest everything was good, Maddy was too helpful in clicking our baby picture at correct time (my baby was not opening eyes for photo ?)
Eagerly waiting for passport, will update again.”
