“I lived at Madison Pointe Apartment for a couple of years. I personally can say I never ever had any problems with anything in the apartment. I will be returning to Madison Pointe Apartments soon. I paid my rent on time and always kept my area clean. I did notice the rent has gone up by a lot. But I felt safe coming home from work at night. I would occasionally see a deputy making rounds (sometimes they scared me, but all good!). Juanita, here I come (if she's still the manager)!!!”
