Today was the second time I have gone to this particular Verizon for help and both times the not only told me they could not help me because they were a “third party store” but they were very rude about it. The person today wouldn’t even quit watching her show long enough to be helpful and had attitude when asked a question to begin with. The store smelt terrible today and was also dirty and not well maintained. The waxahachie Verizon will get all my business from now on, no matter how far out of the way I have to go. They have wasted my time yet again.

Customer service people ?. John and staff go the extra mile, even remembering names of most of the customers. You don’t get that anywhere anymore! ❤️ The phone service is pretty great too but the customer service is what keeps us with Verizon.

This location and the two employees who have helped me over the last few weeks have been excellent. I’ve been having a complex issue with AT&T for almost a month and while they sort this issue out I have moved to a prepaid Verizon device. This location has been very helpful in my transition and has pointed me in correct directions during Verizon system issues that popped up a week after I started my new service. Very friendly staff who are willing to listen and help. Y’all are much appreciated!

Excellent customer service. John was awesome. His knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. Despite being the only employee and having several customers waiting, John remained calm, cool and collected. He kept a smile on his face and assured everyone that he would be with them as soon as possible. His work ethic is superb. He made sure that mine and my family’s phones were activated and working properly before we left. We had 4 phones to transfer service to which took some time but John never rushed the process. Outstanding experience!
