Very happy with services from both locations. I didn't interact with employees during the visit this time I just made an ATM transaction but as usual the transaction was fast, effortless and correct. We are loyal customers with no intent on changing.

Totally annoyed with the customer service @ collin st location this morning. Commercial drive up line moving slow so i go inside to make change for my cash drawer. 4 employees 3 working with customers 1 directing. 1 directing ask what i need as i am next in line. I respond- Change. Ok one of these tellers will help you. I wait. Teller finishes with customer, steps out, ask what I need. I respond- Change. Ok, one of them will help you. I leave... i dont have time to wait for a third person to not help. So two of you have enough time to ask what i need but apparently its beneath your level to actually help? Then why bother asking if you dont plan on helping with tiny issues. Maybe instead walk away, dont ask. Sad that i have my personal, business and credit card processing thru verabank. Not to mention ive been a customer for years. Maybe i need to rethink my financial institution. :-(

DO NOT BANK HERE!!! Been a customer for about 10 years. We will be switching banks the only reason we have stayed this long is because we auto draft most of our bills but the burden of this bank has become too much. SOOOO tired of not being able to access my own money. They take several days to clear checks, direct deposits, and ATM deposits. They are so far behind on the times it’s ridiculous. It no longer takes days for checks to clear. It doesn’t even take an hour at most banks. They gives us $500 of the check and think that’s enough out of thousand dollar checks. They put a spending limit of $2000 a day on our account and turn off our cards if we go over. We pay all our bills and grocery shop at the beginning of the month… it’s nothing to spend $2000 in one day. The after hours customer service is totally useless all they seem to be able to do is check your balance when the app is down (which happens weekly). I am forced to go to the bank or call them constantly to correct things and then it’s we will have a supervisor call you back…. I spend more time on the phone with this bank than I do with anyone. The employees are mostly kind but it’s not them, it’s corporate. They don’t trust their customers with our own money!! If a check I deposit bounces (which has never happened in 10 years!!) you’re gonna charge me for it anyway so just give me my money. I’m tired of begging to use the money we work for. It’s degrading and I won’t do it anymore!! A holiday doesn’t mean I should have to wait 4 DAYS for a check to clear.

I have had an awful time with the branch in Corsicana. I have had issues with resolving an issue with a transaction which a teller did not give my money correctly and the speaking with a branch manger which all she did was ignore me and not even resolve my issue.

Every time I come here I wait forever to get threw the drive thru. If it was once or twice. Id understand. Why does it take 20 minutes to get threw when only two cars are at the bankline. Just a real pain to use this site. Goung back to the old ones. They seem to go a bit faster
