I have been shopping at this store since I was a young adult when visiting my family in Corsicana. This visit will more than likely be the last for myself, and many of my local family members, as we were all very shocked at the treatment I recieved.When I asked about the condition of the piece a rep stated it was in perfect condition--no damage--despite it being marked "$10 AS IS" on the tag. The dress ended up having a broken strap and a rip on the inseam near the chest. The rep also charged me $22, not $10. I came back within the hour of noticing every question I asked had a wrong response and I was essentially lied to. I showed the rep they overcharged me and noted that they misinformed me on the condition. The rep agreed I was overcharged and that I was correct about the condition so she called the owner to ask for next steps. The response I got back was I could get a credit for $20 to use to re-buy the dress at the correct price of $10, and then I had $10 more to spend on something else. But no, I would not receive any refund since this was on sale, and I was lucky to even get store credit since it was on sale. Well....yeah....it was $10 and damaged.... and you lied to me about both the price and condition. Is this not what scammers do?So if you like being told the price is one thing, then being charged another, and also lied to about the quality of the product, this is the store for you. If the owner had any intention on resolving the appalling ethics of their staff they would have presented the option of "whoops, we messed up, here's a refund sorry about that!" and I would have re-bought the dress and continued being a patron at this store. Need not worry, myself and countless others will not be returning as there are other stores on Beaton that do business with pride.

We stumbled upon this store while in the area. It looks like they have a small, but decent variety of nice clothes and accessories. We were not greeted in any way, shape, or form while looking at merchandise. Take note young girls that are hired to make sales - customer service is most of your job.We would have given one star if it were not for THE VINTAGE FARMHOUSE next door, which according to Google is in the same building (by the way, Vintage Farmhouse, make your own Google presence to obtain your own reviews AND fix the spelling of VINTAGE on Google so people can find you - you're welcome from a vintage marketing professional.) The Vintage Farmhouse has a wonderful variety of paints, home decor, and holiday merchandise, In addition, the owner greeted us and was pleasant during our purchase.

I live in TN and my package came super fast. I ordered on Thursday and got it on Monday. I had to call the boutique because I couldn’t find a size chart and Lauren was so great trying to help me. The shoes I bought are going to be perfect for my husband’s basic training graduation. They seem to be great quality. I bought the shoes right after I got off the phone with Lauren and she called back to make sure I had even meant to place the order and to make sure it wasn’t an accident. She also left a special note on my receipt, which made me so happy. I want to thank Lauren for doing such a great job and going above and beyond for her customers!

Love the girls and the owner. Corsicana is my home town and when i come in from New Mexico this is mine and my granddaughters second stop when shopping downtown and they are only second because we need our @Timbers for coffee. my girls love going in and trying on the shoes even though they are way to big, but the staff never says anything they let them explore and of course i make sure they are well behaved. I say all this because they are always super helpful and truthful about what I try on and suggest other items to make an outfit look its best on me and i like the honesty. So if you ever visiting Corsicana make it one of your stops.

I ordered a tan blazer size medium. I mailed it back the next day after I received it they refused my package and sent it bk to me saying it wasn’t in the 7 day return policy the girl at the boutique just keep saying 7 days I told her it was in the 7 day window so y did y’all refuse my package. No help at all I will not order from here again. If something doesn’t fit we should be able to return it for a bigger size.

Never coming here again, saw this boutique online & drove almost 1 hour to see what they had. First of all, when we arrived their was 3 girls in the check out booth just gossiping & talking, neither one of them ever greeted me, never asked if I needed any help, at one point they were all just sitting around in the chair by the dressing room on the phone. Horrible experience & way over priced for the quality of clothes.

Ordered on line for little Christmas stocking stuffers..won’t order from company again and will not recommend. The earrings came just like this not even hooked in the holder,one stone out,the clutch has 3 poms trying to come unglued…I called and explained I do not want a refund and I will keep and fix these items myself only thought it was important to let company know and the girl said she’ll send a message to pack better lol okay.. but this is ridiculous there is no explanation for this other than lazy and junk peices. First time buying and last time.

Bad company, I purchased their jeans which were 59$ plus shipping and the cancelled my order. Says low stock but still available on website. Not good.
