My husband took his truck in for damage created by dog and cats. Everyone was great and very knowledgeable. Phyliss kept him informed on progress of the repairs. Would highly recommend. But deal with Phyliss.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!I initially went there to get my coolant line but also decided to get an oil change since I was due for one. Zero issues with the repair. You normally get a 16 point inspection sheet when your oil change is done but I got one for a different vehicle. I was told that, "If there was something wrong with your truck we would have told you," when I asked where my inspection sheet was. I was told to wait until a mechanic returned from lunch to have my truck inspected again. I am still 100% sure they pencil whipped my inspection. I had to go behind them and confirm that my oil was indeed changed. Yeah, I am never coming back here again.

My husband and I bought our Dodge Challenger here, and it is the only place we bring it for service. They have gone the extra mile for us and then some.

Just bought a new Dodge last night and had an amazing experience at the dealership. The people were genuine, not pushy, and efficient. So thankful we just happened to stop by and take a look there. Also the office staff was friendly and our kids had a place to play, relax, and tons of snacks and drinks to make everyone comfy. Definitely recommend this dealership!

I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Don’t let Brian/Bryan work on your car! I’m missing pieces and have broken pieces as well. I purchased this vehicle here and I had sunroof issues. I will say I’m thankful the sales manager and Marcus helped me out with this. It was Brian/Bryan whom made my experience terrible. I was also told for 3 days straight that my car was getting “cleaned” but when I received my vehicle there was grease stains everywhere, even on my leather seats!! He even helped himself by taking my charger, haha. I was going to go back but I got so fed up with that place. I just took my lose and will repair myself. He also broke my C-Pillar and shoved a cap in there for a “repair”. If I were the owner of this place I’d fire him immediately because who knows what other cars he’s messed up. You’ll lose customers this way!

Brinson is the worst dealership! I drove in there back in April 29,2022 with oil in my coolant reservoir. I left my car there til May 9, 2022 waiting for a diagnostic I never got to this day. The service manager said I needed a new engine cause they had another jeep there with the same problem. They lied on me, I was told to take my jeep back there by FCA stating my engine was was under warranty. They came up with every reason under the sun why it's not covered by warranty, gave me a $29,514.17 engine estimate. Problem was really just the oil cooler. They broke all kinds of other stuff in the process. I've picked up, turned around and brought it back a ton of times. Paid full coverage for this whole year for a car they've had that I couldn't drive, they forced me to buy another vehicle so I'm out of another $47,000. March 2023 they left a pcv hose disconnected and I got sick could have died from carbon monoxide poisoning, had to turn around and take it right back again. My husband bought a carbon detector and just finally said we're picking it up. They have broken a $3000 + wiring harness, left pieces missing off my engine etc. This is a disaster, I took care of my jeep it was a very nice indoor stored vehicle always Dodge Ram dealerships fixed. I'm so disappointed, and just disgusted with this place. These are just some of the pictures... RUN Go elsewhere...

I needed a last minute state inspection on my Chrysler vehicle on a Friday afternoon. Phyllis was my service advisor and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the time I pulled onto the service drive to the time my car was done was about 15 minutes. That is “excellent” customer service and I would like to thank Brinson Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep for such prompt and courteous service, especially for a walk-in customer without an appointment. Thanks!! 5 Stars!

We purchased a car here and had it delivered to us in Abilene. It was a 2020 used car with very low miles. Started the car up after it was delivered and noticed a burning oil smell. I took it to a mechanic and they mentioned it needed a new vacuum pump. I reached out to our salesman who said it is still under warranty and to take it to a ford dealer. After calling the dealer in town and Ford’s customer service… they said the warranty was up as the 3yr period had started in 2019. I reached back out to the salesman and they basically said there was nothing they could do about it.We are very disappointed to spend the kind of money we did on the car to have it delivered with issues and be told there’s nothing they can do about it.The two stars are for the actual sales process… that went pretty smooth, but once they had our money, I guess the customer service stopped.

My tire pressure warning light went off and this lovely dealership serviced me even though I don’t own one of their brands. Grateful for the kindness.

When I brought my vehicle in to find out how much it would cost to fix it I already knew what the problem was I just needed to know what it would cost but they went ahead and did what they did and charge me $135 for something I already knew. It's the ABS module I could have told them that I have it on paper where I had it checked. It's going to cost over $800. You would think that the warranty that I pay for every month or Dodge would cover something that expensive but neither do. $40,000 for a vehicle that I've only put maybe 5,000 miles on since I've had it. I guess dodgers and that confident with their product so now I have to come up with that money. Last Dodge I'll ever buy

I had just bought a Dodge Journey from another dealership when I got a check engine light...weeks after the deadline passed to make that dealership fix it. I called them anyway but they refused to help me. At a loss as to what the problem was, I contacted Brinson to have them help me. At first, they were stumped but refused to give up. Eventually, they found the problem and fixed it. Most people would have just thrown in the towel and gave up. I'm glad they didn't. Something tells me that when it's time for me to buy another car, I'll visit Brinson first.
