Excellent parts and service departments. It's best to use MOPAR parts and accessories on Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, and Dodge vehicles. Brinson parts department has plenty of MOPAR, and factory recommended parts in stock, and expert advice and service along with it.

Horrible to work with. Finances vehicle in April and our Financial Institution still hasn’t received the white slip and we still don’t have our tags. No one calls back when they say they will and they just transfer you to different people who can’t help. Awful… worst buying experience ever…

Update: Had a recall on my Jeep. They said they ordered the part. It's been well over 3 years and I still have not got the part . Can't keep using covid for an excuse.

One of my best friends recently passed away. He had bought a Jeep Gladiator from Brinson in 2020 and and rarely drove it so it only has 22,000 miles. I’m helping his wife sell it so I called Brinson and asked to speak to the General Sales Manager Mike McInis. I explained the situation to him and said she would like to sell it back to them but I’m worried about her getting taken advantage of. He was very sympathetic, made me a very fair offer on it and said she could just deal straight with him and he would take care of everything. He did exactly what he said and was just great. I would give him more that 5 stars if I could. Thank you Mike and thank you Brinson!

We had a hickup during our visit but they are working very hard for the better to make Brinson one of the Best dealers in Central TX and they are certainly moving forward in the right direction under new leadership, I find my self fortunate to see them how they were and to be a loyal customer of theirs when they do become the best dealer in the area, please stop by and say hello and give them a try you will be pleasantly surprised and want to come back for excellent service and vehicle care.

They will scam! My down payment was suppose to go towards my total as we agreed on. They (finance guy) told me that my total financed had to be written on paper including down payment (2k). We had a whole 5min discussion of confusion about it. The total price was shown as the price after the down payment, to make it seem as if it would go down after it was paid. Long story short, my total remained the same when I got my bank statement. It was only 2k but don’t people like that for a quick buck. 2k didn’t go towards anything. Still enjoying my car though! I would NOT recommend buying from here!

The worst places in service are garbage, starting with the manager, it took me months to just diagnose my truck when I need a guarantee on a part, they give a thousand excuses to replace it even having the receipt in hand, they only charge excessively for dubious repairs and some that don't even You need them but they make them and they charge a lot. They are the worst experience you can have. It's garbage.
