Everyone is friendly and helpful however I don't understand how my bill went up $15 dollars a month!Not to mention when I asked why the bill was adjusted higher no could seem to explain it!

Aaron was absolutely amazing! He was kind, patient, and helpful. He was so courteous to the customers and even his coworkers. He certainly has a personality that will light up the room. If you are here make sure you ask for Aaron! I typically don’t look forward to have to swap or upgrade a phone but Aaron made the experience great!

If you go through with terminating Corp employees who wont get vaccinated, rest assured, my 10 year relationship with you as customer will also be terminated by switching to another carrier. Now multiply this by millions of customers and see how well this works for your revenues going forward.

It depends on what day who's working when you go in thereThe first day I went in there the three employees knew what they were talking about and I said I would come back on payday and a few days and place my orderWent there on Saturday 3 days later the two people that were working were doing nothing besides playing video games under mobile devices and did not want to help us at all absolutely notWe walked around the store like one lap and we walked out No one wanted to help us no one said a word to us You lost the money

Just switched from Metro by T-Mobile to T-Mobile... Love the service I have 5,G 90% of the time which is awesome! My rep was the best. Always at the top of her game she needs a good Raise... Sharen was by far the best Rep I've ever been with at a phone store!
