Have had trouble with my debit card being compromised. Now bank wont issue me a debit card, stating because of the banks liability. Afraid I’ll run up charges and leave with account overdrawn. Isn’t this a little slanderous. They’re implying I’m a theif. I’m a charter depositor here, since the property existed, and way before Prosperity. And the branch mgr refuses to put me in touch with anyone else. Poor, very poor customer service.

Do not bank here! Unless you like to waste time and money. They are not helpful, we had a business account with them that was overcharged. When we closed the account they gave us a cashiers check that could only be cashed through them and offcourse they charged us a hefty fee just to cash their own check. Terrible communication simply gives a bad name to small banks.

This bank is the most unprofessional and disappointment I have had. 1 when I went there initially because I needed a cashiers check I was informed I needed an account in order to get one. The lady that assisted me (as a courtesy because I know she's human mistakes happen (I will not state her name) knew that was the reason Iwas getting the account. She stated I could get it right after opening the account which was incorrect when I went to the cashier she informed me that I had to wait 24 hours I was upset as I needed the check asap but went about my day. During this visit I was also told that if I downloaded their app which I did that very day while in the office I would not be charged there "checking fees" I went to look into the account app to get the information to do a.direct deposit and noticed I had been charged the service fee. I called the bank and asked for a explanation. He stated I had not went in the app and signed up for electronic statements but I also have not received one statement from them which he said he could see the "no activity" on the account. He then took my information and was going to have the manager call me I have yet to get a call back and haven't had time to go to the bank yet to handle it in person. I have never had issues with a bank as much as this one from the very beginning and all due to misinformation from their employee. Definitely closing out the account as after all this I no longer wish to do business with them

This is the 2nd time I review this bank. The 1st review I can't find so i don't know what happened. However after being told incorrectly by a employee of this bank. I was informed i could obtain a cashiers check if I had an account with the bank which the lady knew that was the reason for me getting the account to begin with but turned out i couldnt as i had to wait until after 24 hours something she didnt inform me of. I didnt close the account because it was an honest mistake as much as it upset me because the cashiers check was an urgent matter to me. After getting service fees charged and after I left messages to the manager to call back because I did everything i was told i needed to do by that same bank represent to not be charged I finally got a hold of the manager and not because she cared enough to call me or even sound remotely empathetic to my experience at her bank regardless of her stance of the solution but because i called repeatedly until i got a hold of her. I'm obviously upset at the whole situation but even while staying respectful and courteous I felt as though this bank manager could care less to have the business and about my poor experience. So while I lost money and time because I will close my account so I lost the time off work I took to open the account to not even get out of it what I needed please the additional fees as well as poor customer service at least I can write about my experience so that hopefully they can receive better training ir people can at least be prepared and know what to look out for when and if you choose to open an account there.

I had a problem with my account and Jennifer was the person I had to speak to. She was not available so I had to wait and call the next day.I called and spoke to her and she repeated the same info over and over without any change in words or inflection. She was not listening even though I was giving her suggestions on what my expectations were. She said I was just saying the same thing and then without warning she hung up.I understand she was incapable of helping me as she was not trained to do so but to hang up without warning is inexcusable in this day and time. She must expect a negative comment and review and so I am leaving one.

I stopped in the drive thru and asked if I could get change for $100 even though I don’t have an account with them.. Alex was so friendly and courteous.. she gave me the change so I could go to the post office and send a package off.. didn’t want to risk going there and being turned away bc I had a large Bill.. thank you so much.. ♥️

It's a decent bank. If they'd quit making changes to their ap in the name of "security" that would be nice. I can't for the life of me figure out why intelligent people have to pay for the actions of a few that lack it.

Everyone at the Corsicana bank is so nice. I live in Ennis but work in Corsicana and I would much rather make the drive if I have to on my days off because I have always been treated with so much respect. They are friendly and ready to help you at all times. Keep up the great work!

My only problem with this bank is that they close early. Otherwise i think this is a very good bank.
