Since the moment we walked in all of them were so nice to me and Luna, I was so scared since it was the first time I’ve experienced such terrible thing but my girl was well taken care of. They were calling me during the day to update me about how was she doing and I went to get her the same day, she was so happy and feeling better. I was honestly hoping a higher bill due the emergency/ meds but they have amazing rates. We would have them as Luna vets now on, so don’t doubt to take your fur babies with them!!! ??

2035 I-45, CorsicanaEdited: I am editing this review because I think it’s important to highlight the steps Collin Street took to resolve my issue.
After posting this review, I refused to email customer service again because previously it hadn’t worked. Much to my surprise, I received a call from Stephanie at Collin Street who not only apologized but also personally pulled a fruitcake and printed a label to ship it out via a different carrier - which was delivered today.
I only left them at 4 stars because someone needs to train their other email customer service reps or address the one who handled my case so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
I honestly hate leaving reviews for locations of a company instead of headquarters but I am at my wits end. Every year since at least the 1970s, my family has purchased fruitcakes from Collin Street Bakery for Christmas.. even after we moved to Seattle and we had to order them to be shipped, we continued the tradition. I’ve ordered successfully for several years now but this year has been a terrible experience that has made me rethink ever ordering from here again.
I originally ordered a fruitcake for a friend on 10/9/25… it’s now 11/2/25 and no fruitcake has been shipped and no refund has been received.
I attempted to fix the issue with the email customer service and was promised again and again that my order would be shipped,.. that it was just delayed because they’d sold out and were waiting on more fruitcakes to arrive. When I would ask for shipping details, I would be told they didn’t have access to those. I asked for a refund and was told no because the order had shipped.
After waiting a week for my “new order”, I called customer service and asked for shipping, just to be told there never was a fruitcake shipped out. So I agreed to let them have one more opportunity to ship one out.. i received an email stating the new order had shipped, but to no one’s surprise.. it’s just been sitting at “label created” for days.
Never once was I offered an apology and now I have a friend half way across the country who I have to go back and tell that she probably won’t get her gift that I promised, and I won’t be ordering one for myself ever again.
