I was driving from Houston to Dallas on a family trip when our car started having problems. Linda helped us diagnose the problem and went above and beyond to be helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Great customer service, I needed a new battery James was very helpful. He grabbed the battery tester, confirmed I did need a new one and then removed the old one and installed the new in the unforgiving Texas heat! He remained friendly thru the whole process and never complained while fighting to remove the old battery. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Our car stopped working on our drive back to Houston from Dallas. We were able to get over to O'Reilly just a few miles away. All the staff were exceedingly helpful. Linda especially went above and beyond to help by walking through the problem and diagnose the issue. Obviously we were stressed out as it was a hot day and our two young children were getting impatient, not understanding why we couldn't just get on the road back home. Linda was calm and reassuring. Truly thankful for all her help!

This is not my normal store, nor do I even live in this area. We got stuck in a torrential downpour on Friday night, and my windshield wiper broke off while we were on the highway. It was a terrifying experience, AND the metal against the glass made it that much worse. I quickly searched for an auto part store in the area and this location popped up. We managed to make it to the shop right before closing and Jessie Garcia proceeded to assist me. He took care in making sure I got the correct wiper on the passenger side. (The previous owner had the wrong size and that's what caused it to break)
I am absolutely grateful for his expertise and willingness to help us in the middle of the storm. My car also appreciates the TLC. Thank you!!!

My latest purchase was for tractor hydraulic hoses that needed to be custom made. It was great because they are open on Saturday when the other companies that make them aren't. The employees are always very kind and helpful. The store carries many products and I always enjoy browsing around.

My dad went with me to get new wiper blades. It was about to come another storm and I was not prepared. Johnny helped me find blades thst were the right size and on sale. He even came out to my car and put them on for me. I like that level of customer service. I highly recommend this store and will go back should the need rise.

O'REILLY'S in Seven Points goes above and beyond.The parts guy asked me questions and gave me alternative choices in hoses.He also gave me useful information on changing the hose and asked if I needed loaner tools.Terrible that I went to three different places with the skew item number before I got knowledgeable help.

They are good hard workers. They know what you're looking for when asking about a part. The shelf is well organized and the store is clean.
