Vyve doesn't condone family...our internet went out for no reason and when we called a tech came out and gott us back up but the password that was given didn't work....why ..because the husband wasn't on the account....day 10 no children watching tv.....thanks vyve..and I hate to think that vyve front office is Racist but.YEAH....

The customer service is terrible, the Internet service failed, I contacted them and they told me that it would take 3 days for them to come check it, I'm still waiting for a technical dial ???

Vyve seems to get alot of bad reviews. Reviews are individual experiences so I was shocked at how many bad.I had Vyve from 2017 to 2023. Years before it was even Vyve in my area it was Northland. In all the years, only one issue that was fixed promptly. 2 adults and 4 children all sharing their high speed with zero issues. 3 of those constantly playing online games.I no longer have them since we moved out of service range, but I would go back given the opportunity.

The internet service is good, it rarely goes down but they lie and cheat their customers.First they started charging a fee to pay with a credit card and tried to blame it on my bank. I’m almost 60, I’m well aware that fee has always existed and it’s a fee charged to the company for taking credit cards. But Vyve thought it was a good idea to kick their customers when they’re down and pass the fee on while we’re already struggling with a bad economy.Then they started advertising internet service for $29.99 so I called in to find out why I’m paying $74.99. The commercial is a big fat lie! It doesn’t include a modem. And the sales rep had the nerve to compare it to buying a blouse and then “deciding” you want the skirt too. Internet is non existent without a modem.So I agreed to a fee of $50 a month, with the modem, and then he told me I couldn’t have that deal because I was already a customer. That deal would cost me $60 a month. A $15 difference from what I’m paying now for a tenth of the service I’m receiving now.Cheats and liars! They know they’re the only game in town so they’re taking advantage of people. But I know from experience, some other service will pop up and they’ll lose a lot of business, which they deserve!What comes around, goes around!

Writing review for North Texas area. Several years ago their internet was down 3 days in a row. Today internet has been down 6 hours.Vyve pushes these Eero 6 mesh network devices which is part of Amazon- so likely Vyve has some deal with Amazon because Amazon is likely monetization your data and invading your privacy- which many consumers may not be aware of.The installation tech and people on the phone are nice but the business practices are now questionable and their network is unreliable. Some people work and make money via the internet and when the internet goes down- you lose money.Consumers should not be forced onto Eero 6 networks that let Amazon and Jeff Bezos spy on you and make money off you.

Worst customer service ever. I cannot reach a human. Service has been out for days and the company refuses to speak to customers. I cannot even get anyone to chat. What a joke. Service (when it is working) is spotty and has issues daily. Do not use this company. Not worth the money or the bad service

Gave me some excuse that my internet couldn't be turned back on because my account was grandfathered in, so it was the 'luck of the draw this time, and that I would have to sign back on with the new rates....was paying remaining balance, and was told that it still wouldn't be turned back on...I would like corporate to contact me

This company is lousy, a fake and a fraud! The internet was super slow so I upgraded. Guess what? It continued to be slow, but my 80 year old mother enjoyed her television. When she passed away in January, I turned in the modem after cancelling the account and Vyve continues to charge my credit card. Every time I call, I can never speak to a supervisor or manager. To make matters worse, the company continues to refer to me as my dead mother. Each time I have to call, the agent takes me back to when I had to bury my mom. I wouldn't use VYVE BROADBAND even if it were the only company in the world!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ended my service almost 3 months ago, returned all the equipment to the office. Had to call the call center that is an absolute JOKE to speak with about the deposit refund they own me. It has been almost THREE months now and still fighting with them to get my refund back. AGAIN WORST of the WORST! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!Add to this review, 5/9/2023 just got off the phone with these crooks. Turned in everything to them in working order on 3/18/2023 after cancelling a high speed internet service that NEVER worked properly. Was told the deposit they owe me has not even been mailed as of today. They now tell me I probably wont see this check until Last week of May, maybe JUNE 2023! Again the worst of the worst, find a different option........ 4 Months to get a 50.00 refund check!

How do you leave zero stars? Buyer Beware! Read the fine print, so I am told, even though you move out and not using their services, they will not cancel until the end of the billing cycle. I have never received service from any type of company that does not prorate a billing cycle for dates services are actually provided. Even if I return to Corsicana I will not use Vyve.

Fo not I repeat do not waste your money. Go with T-Mobile home internet- this is complete chaos. Extra charges have to call several times because modem problems. Just pick another company!
