I'm not the kind of person that leaves reviews but I am just so disappointed with Navarro Nails. I've been coming here for a year but they always try to get me to pay for the most expensive service and while I treat myself sometimes, I don't always want gel or deep powder. Today I asked for regular nail polish and my nails look just awful, besides the nail tech just being dry and kind of rude. I didn't complain but tell me a nail tech, that prides her job, would let a client walk out like this!! I am just done with them. Go there if you want gel or deep powder. Don't go there for a simple mani and pedi because it annoys them, they will give you a poor service, and you'll lose your money! Update: prox. About 20 min after leaving this review I received a notification on my card saying that they tried to charge my card twice and it got declined and my card is now blocked. WTH!!!

I am absolutely OBSESSED with this nail salon and spa. I discovered it around Valentine's Day and I have never had any bad service. Upon walking in they have their entire menu setup in large font at the front desk. You fill out a paper with their offered services, write your name, then follow them to your designated area. They offer complimentary beverages such as water, wine, and margaritas! My first visit I was with my best friend and her newborn daughter. It is very well ventilated and they were accommodating to my friend and baby girl.
The pricing of their menu is very fair and affordable! They have the prices as well as the length of time for the service on the menu. You always have 2 people working on you at all times when receiving a Mani Pedi, their massage chairs are the best in town. They're very respectful and effective communicators as well. So if you are in pain or not enjoying your nail design, they'll talk with you to fix the situation. They even offer suggestions if you ask!
My last visit was on Black Friday and my toes ended up getting messed up the same day after the shop was closed. I came in the following Monday and they corrected my entire foot! I have been blessed to have every staff member work on me and all of them are passionate,as well as very skilled. I love this place and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone.

I contacted Navarro Nail & Spa as I was in the area & Yelp stated they were by appointment only. The gentleman stated that they take both walk-ins & appointments. I told him I'd be there in a couple of minutes & was requesting a pedicure. The place looked pretty basic from the outside but WOW the inside was immaculate & had lots of patrons. I was seen immediately & requested the Signature Pedicure which came with with hot towels & hot stone massage. It was amazing!! Kevin was awesome! My toenails look great & I will definitely be back. I highly recommend.
