I was a nail tech for over 25 years so I am very picky. Donna always does a fantastic job. I am very rough on my nails, gardening, horses and cows, plus I know how nails should look and feel. If you are looking for quality nails then this is your place. Not as fancy on the inside like some of the other places but, reasonable prices. Very friendly people… My nails always look great when Donna or her husband does them. Thank you

I paid over the phone for a friend to get a manicure and pedicure. I went ahead and paid for her daughter to get the same service. It took 30 min to do that they took my credit card info 4 times before getting it right.
My friend sent me pictures of the toe nails. They were different colors, it looked like I did them. The finger nails looked. She also mentioned they don’t do the wax and they are in a hurry to get done, very impersonal. Her daughter asked for a color the technician that was applying the color as he applied the color he then said the color wouldn’t work. Went and got a color that wasn’t what she asked for. My friend went back to get her toe colors corrected. And the guy acted like he never saw her before and charged her more money. The biggest complaint from my friend. This place is out of date, they don’t listen to the customer, and they blamed her for the colors.
I trued to call them and ask what happened. She is correct they do not listen, they act like they don’t understand what I’m saying. I would not recommend this place as a gift to your friend.

Dona was great. She listened to how I wanted my nails and took her time when it came to choosing a color. Whoever complained about them not serving alcohol should go to an AA meeting.

I have to be honest, I was very happy. I called to see if they accepted walk ins and to check prices. They said I could come right in. I got a full acrylic set with ombre tones and clear gel top coat for $47 (not including tip). Everywhere else was $65 plus it seemed. When I walked in my cuticles were a wreck and I had a nail that I was concerned was going to cause trouble. When he finished you could never tell I had a strangely shaped nailbed. My nails looked great. I haven't had my nails done in years because well, kids & budget. I would absolutely recommend this place. I don't have crazy Karen like standards like many women, but he did a good job and I'll be able to afford to get them filled each month. I don't drink, so I'm not going to take a star off like someone else did for not offering alcoholic drinks. They did offer me a drink though. They were quick, he matched my sample photo really well, they look great, and affordable. I'll be returning. I don't remember the gentleman's name but I believe he had 4 sons and a daughter, I have 4 daughters and he joke about how few children 4 was and laughed about their impending teenage years. I also love that he wasn't heavy handed with the drill like many are. The environment could use an upgrade, but I can imagine how the prices would jump and hurt my pocket. After all it doesn't matter what it looks like sitting there as long as what I leave with looks great. Thanks for great service, they look great. Short answer, they won't listen to their customers, they won't do as you request, and their customer service is horrible.Long answer, I have been getting my nails and pedi's done for over a decade now, I know what I need and like. I was very clear in my directions to file the top coat off toe nails so the acetone could break down the polish and it would be easier to scrape and hand file away. This place would not listen and had every excuse in the book except the correct one. (I had wls, it ha made my natural nails thinner) I complained about them using the drill, asked them several times not too, but couldn't get them to listen. And that was just the beginning. I had to argue thru the pedicure and mg file just to get the girl to do what was needed. Please, stay away from this place. They do not value their customers. I would give them a zero if I could!
