Had family come in from Dallas, ready to Christmas shop. Walked in and not one worker spoke to us. They looked at us up and down yet couldn’t speak. We found a lot we were interested in, but we refuse to spend our hard earned money in an establishment that has no customer service. One worker was doing a ladies makeup and one other lady was standing behind the cashier area just watching us. Never again. We took our money right down the road to several cute boutiques that greeted us with a smile!

This place is so great!! I was driving through town and called to see if they had lavender soaps etc. A few minutes later when I arrived they had pulled all their different lavender products . In less than 5 minutes I had everything I needed to gift to my mother in law in a beautiful black and white chevron pattern gift bag with pink paper. Everything they have is beautiful and it’s perfectly arranged. Prettiest Merle Norman store I have ever seen. I will be going back soon!!

Love the products but customer service is poor. The girls there were not helpful at all with makeup and came across like they knew very little about the products.The way they acted left me feeling like I was a bother. When another customer came in that appeared to be very financially comfortable , they were quick to help her out without hesitation. I brought the samples home they left out for me and will just figure out on my own which ones to get and order online from somewhere else.

Me and my mom booked appointment to get are makeup done then all of sudden yall moving are times we had I think its because are skin color but will never go back inside the store cuz it's not for us

Very helpful and friendly staff went over and beyond to get me the right foundation I have very sensitive skin they let me try one and return products that weren’t right for me Will defiantly be going back for all mr makeup needs , other cute merchandise
