I recently inherited a house near Corsicana. I live out of town and needed a local realtor who knew the market and could guide me through the process of selling. I chose Lacy based on her excellent reviews and she exceeded all my expectations! Lacy provided me with the resources I needed to clear the property and get it on the market as soon as possible. The house sold very quickly and for much more than I expected. Lacy was in constant contact with me throughout the process and she was always available for questions. It's so rare to cone across another agent with the tenacity and professionalism that Lacy displays. I had the privilege to work on the other side of a transaction with her. This was no easy transaction for anyone concerned. Her willingness to go the extra mile and work through the hard stuff is so refreshing. What not to say about Lacy Rider!!!!! I was in real estate over 30 years and this young women is one of the best I've seen at the Art of Real Estate!We had our historic home listed with a person we knew, thinking we would get a lot of attention to detail. However, after 42 days on the market, with no real interest, we knew we had to make a change.We interviewed several other agents, but after only a few minutes on the phone with Lacy, we knew she was the one.We listed with Lacy on a Tuesday, and within 7 days she had professional pics and drone coverage done, relisted on all markets and had two open houses. We also received multiple cash offers from buyers with quick closing. We were under contract, for $11k over asking in 7 days!!!!Lacy is professional, very knowledgeable, listens well, has a great team and NEVER MISSES A DETAIL.If you're serious about buying or selling your home, look no further, Lacy Rider is the one!!!P.S. She also has custom cookies made of your front door if you're selling and offered a huge trailer for us to use to move. WHO DOES THAT?!?!
