“Vyve seems to get alot of bad reviews. Reviews are individual experiences so I was shocked at how many bad.I had Vyve from 2017 to 2023. Years before it was even Vyve in my area it was Northland. In all the years, only one issue that was fixed promptly. 2 adults and 4 children all sharing their high speed with zero issues. 3 of those constantly playing online games.I no longer have them since we moved out of service range, but I would go back given the opportunity.”
“I really like this company. Don’t like they don’t have techs come out on weekends to get a problem fixed. But the do take care weeks days. They have a tech that’s a female and I’m not sure her name. But she is the one that always comes out for me or mom mother. She is the sweetest person and makes sure problem is fixed and makes sure to let use know call if anything doesn’t work. Awesome customer care person. Good company.”
