Just had my COVID vaccine shot today, and been super impressed by the customer service. The doctor was very nice and he explained the whole process in detail. Very relaxing environment and definitely worths the drive from Dallas!

5 stars all the way. The pharmacist, Tim, is the best. He was patient, has a calming voice and explained things carefully and thoroughly. We came for our COVID shots. Mine went without a hitch, I don't mind shots so much. The wife has an issue with needles and she had some anxiety. Tim was understanding and expressed empathy and was patient and we got the shot in her. 15 minutes of waiting to make sure we didn't have a reaction and home we go. It does have a hometown feel as this is not the big city and that's the appeal and charm of more rural Texas. I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I had to, though it's kind of a drive from where we live now.

My family loves this pharmacy!!!! Laura is an amazing pharmacist and she takes care of her people! All the workers are amazing and friendly. I wouldn’t dare change or leave! Highly recommend!

We love the pharmacists at Hometown. They give us service and expertise beyond any other. Refills are quick and they will inform you if you have questions.

Female staff become irritated if you begin to ask questions. An almost sigh in their voice can be heard in person or on the phone. Don't ask any questions and you will be fine. The pharmacist is great sorry your staff isn't!
