we stayed here while in town for a funeral , the place smelled like something was burning in the elevators. we checked out to them charging us a smoking fee. they accu us of smoking. and i had to call several times to speak to a manager to her saying she can't help because she was there the time we stayed!! worst manager and staff!

we stayed 2 nights after a long day of driving. 2nd floor room was all that was available. I had total knee replacement surgery in December. the elevator was broken the next morning so I had to navigate the steep stairs. breakfast the first morning was good, the second morning it looked exactly the same, almost like they just reheated from the day before. Later that afternoon I started feeling sick, nauseous and vomiting. I was sick for 3 days with food poisoning. I hav complained twice, no response from the owner yet. I have stayed in many Hampton properties and Hilton properties as my husband is a diamond member. this one was a total disappointment and got sick as well. I do not recommend this hotel, a.so in need of updating.

I checked into the hotel as a diamond member got upgraded to a dirty suite with toiletries and yuk loofah brushes and the previous guest product in the tub then got room switched to a non suite then i asked for some compensation for some snack and the girl said no ! So much for New owners and management trying to make a Good impression I will not be back !!!!!! 'Disappointed Diamond member

I am a Hilton Honors member, but I must commend this hotel for their hospitality during a recent visit. My car was in a fender bender and they let me have it towed from their parking lot. Tim was especially helpful, letting us sit inside and giving us water while we waited. I had a room for 1 night and the room was nice. Breakfast was good. I'd definitely stay there again.

I guess given the cost this place was okay. I stopped in for one night while traveling through town. While checking in the attendant had his mask around his chin which was kind of annoying. Either wear it or don't but putting it on your chin is not going to do anything. The room was odd and a bit worn. The bathroom ceiling had mold, plastic shower insert creaked when you stepped on it, peeling wall paper, etc. The bed was sagging and you could feel the springs. Also the elevators snell like hiring hydraulic fluid. Yikes. But it was fairly cheap. I'd happily pay twenty percent more for a cleaner place.

I have never had an experience like this before. Now I know why I stay at the Comfort Inn. Entire experience was bad.

I travel a lot for business and for leisure. I have been a guest for a long time at Hilton Hotels. As a diamond member, I enjoy the perks and benefits that Hilton often offers. However, even though I had a confirmation at this hotel, they told me there was no room for me. In addition to the inconvenience of having to book and find another hotel, I was billed for this room. The manager, Naomi, was difficult to reach and would not communicate with me. They did not give me a room, and they still charged my card. I cannot speak enough about the unprofessionalism of the staff and ownership.
