I have my hair dyed a deep red and went to her at a friend's recommendation for a root job and color touch up (since red fades so easily) and they did a terrible job. Did not touch up the color at all and was not thorough on the roots at all. My hair is naturally blonde but the roots just look orange next to a faded brownish red. Do not go to them for color. Waste of $65 because now I need to go find someone to fix this.

I showed her a picture of what it was supposed to look like and they barely glanced at it. They did not touch up the color at all and was not thorough on the roots at all.
