We bought a new Traverse 2 weeks ago. Shaun Miller was our salesman and he was A+++. Very patient and friendly. We are older and he explained to us all the bells and whistles. Also managers Bruce, Shawn and Alvin were superb. A very special shout out to owner Will Churchill is in order as well. I highly recommend Frank Kent Country.

Bought a vehicle from this place and they refuse to honor the warranty repairs. They tried to charge me a grand for rear brake pads and a rotor that i doubt needs changing, i ordered one from autozone plus the brakes for 260. Seeing as i wouldnt take the screwing they wouldnt fix my windshield wipers motor which is under warranty. Cost me 70 miles round trip today with 2 vehicles just to find out these people are crooks.

I asked my wife to stop by there to let them look at our car to understand it's trade in value. I spoke to one of the sales people by phone and said that we were not ready to run a hard credit check because we did not know how we wanted a deal to look. They talked my wife into filling out a credit check form and to sign it against my specific request not to do so. My wife felt highly pressured and uncomfortable.I talked to Chris, the sales manager, who said that if she signed it they had a right to go ahead. I said it was specifically against my wishes and that the sales lady ignored my request. He said he was sorry that I felt that way.Well, I feel that way. These guys will do what ever they want if they are chasing a deal. Clearly they should be avoided.

When I walked in to service, I was not greeted with the a hello or good morning I was ignored with the head down on the computer. Then when I came to pick up my vehicle, I was made aware that you’ll no longer offer the discount that I was receiving for the past two years I think it’s very unprofessional. I wasn’t made aware of this when I brought my truck in I was only made aware of this when I was checking out and you wanted my money I will not return. I came to pick up my truck at the time I was told and there was communication issues between the front and the mechanic as to the part for my cabin filter to be changed so I had to wait there a few more minutes for them to get that right and correct it. I will not return.

The sales team at Frank Kent Country did a superb job getting me into my new Silverado. The salesman was very knowledgeable about both the vehicle and the process of setting up financing with the guidance of the sales manager. It was a pleasure doing business with the friendly staff at Frank Kent Country. Without a doubt I'll be back to Frank Kent Country in the future.

I've tried Frank Kent a few times in the last 3-4 months. What a joke! What make an appointment? Does absolutely NO good! Service department is a joke. Employees are UN-FRIENDLY and aren't truthful. Brought my truck in today for an oil and fuel filter change and had a 12:30 appointment. I was here early. They took my truck and parked it outside kind of hiding it out of sight at 12:52 ( to make me think it was being worked on ) and I watched service writer sitting in it using his phone for another 2-3 minutes. Then I confronted him at 12:55 as to why it got moved outside. Response was uh we are fixing to get to it. I asked how long before it's ready at 1:20 because it was still sitting outside. Service writer said about 30-45 minutes hopefully!! WHAT A JOKE! Like my time isn't valuable!!! At 1:50 ( 1 hour and 20 minutes later ) my service writer comes and says oil change is done and it will be another 20 minutes to change fuel filter. I'd prefer to have GM Dealer handle my maintenance but wow.

I work for Martin Chevrolet Buick GMC in Cleveland Texas, we had a truck that was being delivered to Tulsa, Oklahoma when it had NOx Sensor issues just outside Corsicana. I got my drivers to get the truck over to James with Frank Kent service department. They took the trucks straight in and got me a diagnosis, estimates were Monday or Tuesday for repairs. However reached out Saturday afternoon with great news. Today Monday I have drivers headed back out to pick up the truck, and get it delivered to Tulsa.. Very happy with our experience with Frank Kent, love how another Chevrolet Store jumped in to help when we had an issue in their area, this way we can get this Chevrolet back on the road and in the new owners driveway.. Thank you James and Frank Kent Service department for all your help.

Dropped my truck off on a Sunday night with very severe transmission temp and 6 neutrals.I spoke with Taylor the service advisor and Tim the shop foreman and toldMe not to worry we will get it taken care of.Truck has extended warranty.By that Friday the inspector had already came and approved my transmission replacement and the transmission was in the dealers hands Friday afternoon from gm. Got the truck back the following Tuesday.All I can say is great customer service and wonderful communication. Highly recommend Taylor and Tim at frank Kent country for all your needs.

If there were more stars I would give them. I mistakenly ran over a piece of tire in the freeway and thought my Honda CRV was high enough off the ground to avoid it. I was wrong. We limped to Frank Kent when we realized that something was dragging under the car. I knew they wouldn't be able to work on a Honda but I just wanted someone to look at it and give me an idea of what was wrong. Turns out it was an engine cover that got pulled back like a lid. The engine parts it was protecting were not damaged. The guys in the Service Department pulled the damaged cover, confirmed that nothing was damaged and sent me on my way without charging me anything. THIS is what customer service should be. Thank you!

Scheduled service via phone with the service department. Confirmed appointment, cost, and parts. On arrival, the vehicle was checked in and it sat in the parking lot for two hours.I spoke with the service manager and there seemed to be a communication problem. He said he would have me out in one hour. The service advisor gave me a quote that was higher than what I had received. I explained that it was incorrect and he reviewed the service request. The vehicle was finally ready after five hours of waiting for service completion.

I have been a loyal customer of Frank Kent. On the other hand, I have recently had a bad experience with service repairs. My car has been in the shop for over 2 weeks. Communication has been poor. I feel as though I am being given the run around. I was told that my 2021 trailblazer need a new purge pump which was on back order (thankful that it's still under warranty). Then I reached out to service a week later to see if the part came in and now they're waiting on another part that's on back order too. Needless to say I'm still without my car going into week 3.

The only positive thing I can say about Frank Kent Country Corsicana service department is that it’s conveniently located, which is the only reason we were returning customers. We’ve experienced horrible follow-up skills, obvious internal communication issues, they don’t keep their word and lack trouble shooting skills. For us, it’s been one disappointment after another for four years, but the most recent will be the last. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived on time, checked in with my assigned service advisor, signed authorization and headed to the waiting area. 45 minutes in and he comes to me with his service recommendations. I denied all and was told just a few more minutes and I’d be on my way. After another 45 minutes of waiting, I went to see what the problem was and was told it was ready. He handed me a paper to sign and puts a key fob on the counter, but it wasn’t mine, it belonged to someone else. Someone else’s car and I denied all their work. After I point this out, he goes to check on my car and comes back to say “sorry, he’s starting on your car now”. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN!?! In effort to not escalate my thoughts verbally and have regrets later, I refused the oil change and tire rotation that I had just waited close to 2 hours for and told him to get my car. It simply was the final straw for me with this place. What really surprised me is the fact that the Service Manager was sitting a few desks down and made no attempt to intervene and try and save the situation nor did anyone reach out to us (regular customers) to try and make this right. Both of our vehicles that we’ve had serviced here have very high mileage and good management would recognize this and the potential for a sale and attempt to provide, at the very least, adequate customer service. I know where we won’t be shopping for new vehicles. This dealership would be very short lived if it weren’t for their location, as the competition in the DFW area absolutely blows them away in every aspect. This dealership is completely incompetent, and their customer service speaks volumes for who they are. Don’t waste your money or time here.

The staff in the dealership service center diagnosed and repaired a tricky problem with wiring that caused the check engine light to come on in my 2020 Silverado 1500 Duramax. Also, I requested an oil change to be done. Once a miscommunication occurred over the pricing they waived the fee in order to provide satisfactory service. I am grateful for the repair and the resolution to the small problem that occurred. Thank you!

My salesman was fantastic. He didn’t swarm us when we arrived and was very patient as we shopped. His knowledge of the vehicle types and capabilities helped us as we test drove several model types and classes of trucks. His friendliness and charm made the process the most enjoyable of all my years buying cars. I hope to buy from Marquez and Frank Kent again in the future.
