I came back to shop as I stated in my last review. The service wasn’t a problem. The problem is Family Dollar not honoring their own coupons. The worker stated that the system cuts them off at a certain time, but it doesn’t say anything about a certain cut off time in the terms and conditions. If your store closes at 9pm, your coupons should be honored until 9pm. This is clearly false advertising. Honor your coupons!”

“We went to this dollar tree after my daughter wanted to donate plasma and she forgot to eat 2 hours prior to donating we didn’t walk much in the store, I got her some snacks and sodas to bring her sugar levels back up. We were standing in the checkout when she tells me she’s about to pass out then she did. I tried to break her fall but she fell onto a rack and I was panicking. I just want to say everyone in the store was so helpful. The clerk in attendance brought my daughter a chair to sit on and the nurse I’m not sure who she was so helpful omg everyone was so nice, the staff at this dollar tree were so so so nice. Once again I apologize, thanks so much for all the help we really do appreciate it.”
