Switching pharmacy for my entire family. CVS used to be my go-to, but now they're so unorganized and never go the extra mile. We went to pick up antibiotics and they said "oh we don't have them. You'll have to call around and find a pharmacy that does"...what happened to them doing that for you since they Don't have it? She also kept saying "I gotta go to lunch," trying to rush us. The medicine they did have wasn't covered, even tho it should be. And when asked about why it wasn't covered she didn't know and mentioned lunch again. Terrible customer service!!!

If you’re in line at the pharmacy drive thru at 8:55 and the car in front of you takes the whole 5 minutes. Just go home because they will not bother with attending you and will close the window in your face.

Worst place to have a prescription sent. You will find it’s always something with this place! And most of the time it does not make sense! Waited in line for almost an hour. After messages were sent that my prescription was ready. Finally they tried to only give me the pain meds and not the antibiotics. Which I just left without both and for now on will be getting my fills some where else! Super inconvenient and super annoying!

My Physician sent a prescription to CVS Corsicana for cough syrup. When I went to pick it up I was told it would be the next day to get it filled. I called to make sure it was ready since I live 25 miles away. I was informed they had not had it for 2 weeks. Cough medication at the beginning of winter ?Thanks to Walmart in Corsicana I was able to pick it up right away. Also, no waiting in line for the usual 30 minutes.

This is the poorest excuse for a pharmacy. They spend more time making excuses for their incompetence, bad management and poor customer service, than helping their customers. I have paid over 100 dollars out of pocket for a medication that is covered through my insurance, but the pharmacist explained they received a medication with the incorrect number, which is not covered by insurance. What happens to those that do not have the money to cover their medication? This has happened on multiple occasions. As someone that owns a small business, we would pick up the phone and do everything in our power to make it right for our customers! The head pharmacist is apathetic to those in the community that are not able to afford the cost of medication without insurance.

Horrible customer service. Trying to call and cancel a vaccine appointment and the phone line keeps directing me where I don't need to go. Never got the confirmation email, or I would have canceled it that way. BUT today got three text messages giving instructions on the vaccine appointment. After I had called yesterday to cancel. I will NEVER use them again or even enter their store. Ridiculous to the 10th power. No wonder their ratings are so low.

Corsicana has the WORST management, "knock" says she could care less wether medication is filled or not, they been out for weeks, claims they ordered it and that's it, no one concerned about why it has not come in, she says it's not her problem, does that sound like management to you? She should be fired

Regarding the pharmacy...never before have I experienced such lousy service by employees. . Unbelievably rude. Never answer the phone. Then there is the fact that they run out of medication. How does that happen? A pharmacy without prescribed medication for people who really need it.
