I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING PASSPORT PICTURES HERE. My family and I went to get passport photos here and when the lady was taking the pictures my husband was letting her know that she was going to low and she caught an attitude and was telling him she know what she was doing. We went to the court house and the official said they pictures were very bad and crooked. When we tried to get our refund they wouldn’t give us all the money back due to their “policy”.

THEY DO NOT TAKE PROFESSIONAL PASSPORT PICTURES. Me and my family went to go get our passport pictures, they came out bad, the official at the court house said that our pictures did not fit any of the criteria of passport pictures so we had to take new ones in a cvs, which came out better the official said. When we tried to get a refund at the copy center they wouldn’t give us all of our money back due to their policy, but why shouldn’t we get all our money back when it was their fault they didn’t take the pictures right.

I had to print something from an email. I understand for charging me for the print outs, however, they charge you 1.00 just to open the email. They call this an email processing fee which is rediculous.
