I have to say…Tim White is the Best customer banker account specialist! Mr. White thoroughly explained all info to my teen which was excellent! Very helpful, thorough, courteous y friendly professional.

THE WORSE customer service. I wouldn’t even call it that. She must hate her job. I mean working with the biggest scam of banking systems probably has her angry on the daily but maybe she’s limited on her skills and Chase Scam Bank is all she’s capable of doing. Bless her heart.

First and for most, The Auto teller machine is inapprpriatelly close to the side walk entrance. A multi billion dollar bank with auto teller by the sidewalk, where customers conduct financial transactions either depositing or withdrwaing from their automoblies in a traffic line on the "street" waiting for their turn to conduct a transction. Worse than that, the Auto teller breaks down for days, and on weekends. But just the Idea waiting for your turn to enter the auto machine from both sides of the street is absolutely terrible.I don't know why they can not move the automachine by the drive through location, instead of having it close to the side walk. I'm sure the issue has been reported but no one wnt to do anything about it. Shame on Chase.

Switched a year ago and glad we did. We were with Vera bank (formerly citizens national) and we had so many issues!! Atm issues that were their fault that we paid for. Daily spending limits of $2000 so we couldn’t ever make big purchases without permission. It was insane. Chase in corsicana has been amazing to us. The employees at this branch (idk about others) are very caring. Unfortunately you do have to enter the bank as they usually can’t get to the phone BUT they have never left me disappointed. They are very understanding and the spending limit per day is 5k and if you need more you just have to call not wait 2 days for approval. Their customer service 1800 number is kinda useless but the employees at the bank do care. Overall were very happy with chase in corsicana.

This branch is so frustrating! If I could make it before they closed to go inside and speak to a teller that might be better but I can't as it's the closest chase within a 100 miles and an hour away as it is... AND THEIR ATMS NEVER WORK ! I honestly despise having to use this branch
