I placed an online order for a birthday bouquet for a friend and followed up with a call. The staff was friendly and professional. The bouquet was delivered promptly and was beautiful! I’ll definitely purchase from them again! Thank you so much!

Incompetent. Rude. Insensitive. If I could give Cason’s Flowers and Gifts negative stars I most definitely would.Funeral arrangements were finalized late on Friday. Three separate orders for flowers were placed on the Cason’s website on Saturday for delivery to a Corsicana funeral home by 5pm Monday (two days later). Even though I received confirmations of the orders, along with all the delivery details, the flowers weren’t delivered to the funeral home on Monday evening.The next morning, before the graveside service, I received a phone call from an unidentified woman from Cason’s Flower and Gifts (the owner?) who said she didn’t have time to complete the orders. She said she had filled all the orders that had been called in over the weekend but she didn’t know enough about computers to fill the online orders. However, she assured me that I wouldn’t be charged for the orders she ignored and she was sorry that I didn’t appreciate her position. She never apologized for her negligence and the additional and unnecessary pain she caused. In fact, she acted as though this was my fault because I live out of town and used their web site to place my orders.Run, don’t walk away from Cason’s Flowers and Gifts. They lack professionalism, empathy, competence, and basic customer care and service. They don’t deserve anybody’s business for any reason. Ever.

I ordered this beautiful bouquet of purple roses, white roses and some fillers about a week before mother's day. I got a call about the vase and not being able to fit the flowers in it or something and I was like okay just do whatever you can to make them fit. I was assuming it was just a vase problem so I still had my expectations that it's still look beautiful no matter what. I went to pick up my mom's flowers and they tried to give me this hideous arrangement that was nothing like what I ordered. In fact there was not a single rose in this hideous arrangement at all. Looked like a kid went outside and picked up the ugliest dead flowers and put them together. I was so upset and when I showed them what I ordered they were like no we don't have that, I said can you make it? They said no we can't but we won't charge your card if you don't want this. I was in tears because they ruined my mothers day. I had to find flowers a day before mother's day that was not out of flowers. This sweet woman at HEB saw me bawling because I was so upset so she put together something nice for my mom. Casons flowers is horrible and I'll never do business with you ever again. You're horrible people and you do bad business, stay away from this place if you know what's good for you. Zero stars

I ordered flowers for my daughter's funeral. My order was canceled without notifying me. I called on the morning of the service to make sure they had delivered the flowers. The lady told me that the order had been canceled. She was so cold and heartless. I would NEVER recommend this shop!

I’ve used this shop twice now for flowers delivery. The recipients have been happy with the flowers! I just wish I get confirmation when the delivery has been completed as I’m ordering from abroad. Otherwise I’m a happy customer and will definitely use you again! Thank you!!!!
