The whole car buying process went well for me right from the get-go until the very end.
I stumbled upon this dealership because I’m in need of a new car and I Thought that this dealership would be a great place to try. I went through the process, got prequalified and preapproved for an amount that was way over the asking parts of the vehicle. I was trying to purchase.. When asked for bank statements and other income history, I provided everything that they had asked for, and the general manager got up in my face and yelled at me and told me that even though I have the bank statements there it’s not enough for him. The general manager has a bit of a temper and he doesn’t treat poor people very well. I wish I could rate this experience as zero out of five stars because it was just so unprofessional. The dealership will never see my face again.

They are the nicest people to deal with!! If you truly want a vehicle, they will go out of their way to make sure you leave there with a vehicle.

One of the best places! When I tell you they are so helpful, understanding, trustworthy, kind, and patient. Especially Javier. (Mrs Lopez was great) and I met one more buddy that stayed to help with insurance. I don’t think no other car place would have went over and beyond. I’ve juggled so much getting a car and they never failed me from the first time we spoke. I appreciate you guys from the bottom of my heart.

I have been dealing with Carmart literally for years! To be honest I would not want to go to another dealership! I will choose Carmart every time! The people who work here at the CarMart in Corsicana Texas are awesome! I am on disability with very limited income yet, they have gone above and beyond what most dealerships will do! I am literally in my dream vehicle due to the fact that they actually do care! Javi who is the gm and all the other staff whom I have dealt with are always nice and curious even during this Covid situation! They truly do rock! I am in a second vehicle through CarMart as of yesterday and I will without a doubt send people their way if they are in need of transportation and trying to build or rebuild their credit!

Bought a veichle from them first day check engine light came on told me to go get it looked at so I did and took them the mechanic notes on what they found never heard back and called multiple times then a month went by called me for a inspection on the truck I got so I took it and asked said they would fix it took it to the shop and left it with no ride for 2 weeks and then said I had to get it fixed and pay myself when In the contract it stated the covered parts and the parts where apart of it why pay for something when the company doesn't keep up their end on things not fair yet it knocks our credit since it's the places fault I paid for trash pretty much

They are awesome and helpful. I was so down because my personal vehicle crapped out on me and I didn't know how I was going to get another vehicle quickly. But Bridget, Mary and Javier were so amazing and got me in a car so quick.
