Called and dispatch told me that driver was on another call then they would be at my location. Waited 2 hrs and AAA calls me back an tells me that b& w canceled the call because they don't have a wheel lift truck. Poor buisness

This place will tell you the tow is 1000 then send you a bill for $8,000. Scam artist at its finest if your a cdl truck driver do not use this company. Or really anybody you don’t want to deal with a company that is not honest and all about insurance fraud.

They came to my aid on behalf of Genesis Customer care Roadside assistance. I was told about an Hour. They were there in 20 minutes. The driver, ADAM. was professional, efficient, and safety oriented. I was in Kerns, Tx. That was mine and the driver's 1st time seeing form filled tires. Thank you

Only reason I deducted a star was because the price to get my husband's motorcycle out after his accident was utterly RIDICULOUS....However, the young guy tending the place was absolutely AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful. So much so that I wasn't even all that mad about the price after I left. Wish I knew his name, but great customer service sir! ?? ????

Staff was very helpful. Gary went out and helped my driver out of a sticky situation and charged me a fair and decent price.
Definitely will be saving their number as a go to if and when we are needing service near Corsicana again!

My daughter's tire blew on the way home from Dallas to Houston. She was all alone and scared. Tracy, the tow truck driver, from B&W was awesome. I couldn't be more thankful for him! He calmed her nerves, explained everything to her, step by step, and was truly a God send. I read reviews before calling them and I want anyone else in need to know this company was great.
