Very accommodating and genuinely nice gentleman at the service desk. He communicated with me by phone because it took longer than expected. And he called me when it was ready. The car was sitting right outside the door, ready to go.

Can't say enough good things about the folks here, from the owners to the salespeople to the service advisors. They work very hard to make the experience (no matter what it is) as pain-free as possible. They seem to genuinely enjoy taking care of their customers, and will go above and beyond to assist however they can. Special thanks to Jason in service, 10/10 would recommend buying your next car/truck and having it serviced here!

I called to see if they have a fuel line for a 2005 dodge ram 3500 at brinson dodge auto parts but instead of getting help the woman employee was very rude and hung up on me. This is what she told me: you have to be more specific, I don't know what you're talking about. I replied, it is the first time that someone has not tried to help me find the part I occupy. I have called other Dodge dealers and they have always helped me find the part I occupy. This is where she hung up on me. Very dissapoinment.

I’ve been to multiple dealerships and by far this one takes the prize
I was greeted nicely and work was fast and efficient,
Rodolfo was very helpful and understanding of my issues and was able to resolve them in a timely manner without being overcharged and without being left with open promises.
Would definitely come back !

I had a great experience with the service department at Brinson Ford in Corsicana. Went in to get my car serviced this past week and was greeted by Sherry the service writer, ended up talking to Mike and the other service writer Jason. We had a friendly and lively conversation to say the least. I will be using them again and just wanted to say thank you again for the great service.

KUDDOS TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT BRINSON FORD!!!
I been a customer of Brinson Ford Corsicana for the past 10 years and I have ALWAYS received top of the line customer service.
From my Sales Person Mason, to the Service Department Manager Mike, Service Rep Sherri and Jason.
Outstanding staff, service and quality.
Would definitely recommend them to everybody

If no one could help you on the phone, a dealership visit would have been better and all of your questions and concerns could have been answered. And if you would have been rude to me on the phone as you were to the sales person, I would have hang up on you as well.
I WILL ALWAYS ENCOURAGE EVERYONE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE.... VISIT BRINSON FORD, BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!
Now for the delayed service, I would have rather them keep it longer and get the recall taken care of. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS AMAZING ABOUT ACCOMODATING CUSTOMERS TO DROP OFF AND PICK UP VEHICLES ( if necessary ). Thank you guys for always looking out for your customers and making sure our vehicles are checked as if it was your own.

This is the second time I’ve had to write one of these reviews, the first one being THE SAME DAY OF MY PURCHASE. When I bought my Ford Ranger from Brinson, neither of the front USB ports worked at all. I drove back to the lot to politely complain only to receive dumbfounded expressions and comments of “Oh, well, it wasn’t made by God, ya know?” and “Well, you’ll have to wait on the list for auto repair shop time”. I mean, what’s right is right and I refused to sit silently while waiting on a literal brand new purchase to be fixed.
I wrote a scathing review making known my frustration and shoddy salesmanship to wit I very quickly received a phone call from the lot manager who promptly scheduled a rapid repair of the issue as well as coyly inquiring if I would remove my review afterwards.
Well, it’s not. Three months later, the proverbial other shoe has dropped and I’m justifiably furious.
Here is a list of discrepancies that have happened and are happening with my Ranger I bought from Brinson Ford on April 27th of this year:
-The cabin filter was positively filthy, black, covered in bugs & crud, and wasn’t even properly inserted, according to the mechanic shop. There was a constant rattling sound that had to be looked at by a mechanic shop.
-The lug nuts on all four wheels had an aftermarket locking lug that couldn’t be taken off by any mechanic shop I took it to. I had a flat tire (my own fault) less than three weeks after buying and couldn’t even change my own tire. Just imagine if I had a dire emergency and couldn’t get to an ER because the dealership didn’t give lugs that could be unlocked to change my tire! THEY WERE AFTERMARKET!
-The spare tire underneath the truck was half flat. It wasn’t even fully inflated. I can’t make this up. It. Was. Half. Flat. Thank the good Lord Almighty I was at a tire shop when I discovered this travesty.
-One of the speakers is blown and non-functional. A factory speaker, I say. I don’t turn my volume to top decibel and blast music. The speaker was faulty and crapped out at regular listening levels.
-Finally, the license plates took almost THREE MONTHS to arrive. I’m not overly mad about that, though. What infuriates me is how I specifically requested for the license plates to be mailed to the dealership in Corsicana, where I’m currently working/staying for my pipeline project, but said plates were mailed to my actual house in San Antonio FOUR HOURS AWAY, despite the reassurance I received. I now have to rearrange my tightly knit schedule to make time to drive all the way back home to get my plates and then back to my Airbnb in Corsicana because my request was ignored. That’s an entire day I’m going to lose because of driving.
The absolute straw that breaks the camel’s back here is the 100% total lack of communication with the dealership to me, the “valued customer”. No phone calls. No texts. No emails. Nothing. Brinson wrote me off like a bad check and left me dangling after they sold me a truck that wasn’t up to par with any competent dealer inspection. Not one person attempted to make contact with me to ensure my previous, initial bad experience was remedied and quelled.
This is the second time I’ve had to vent my anger and I won’t be removing this review like last time. This one is staying up permanently. And if this magically, conveniently disappears for “reasons unknown”, I’ll just put it back up with either my account or someone else’s if I get blocked. I also won’t be answering any phone calls or texts I receive from them. You had your chance to inspect my truck before I bought it and when I brought it in for immediate repairs after I drove it off the lot, Brinson.
In closing, stay away from this dealership. You’ll be better off building a soap box racer or buying a bike from Walmart. Brinson Ford is to customer satisfaction what Professor Stephen Hawking was to standing up. Absolutely appalling. Thank you ever so much

Very easy place to do business with. Salespeople we not pushy and helped with the transaction. Credit manager did not try to add everything under the sun to increase the price.
