I really like this company. Don’t like they don’t have techs come out on weekends to get a problem fixed. But the do take care weeks days. They have a tech that’s a female and I’m not sure her name. But she is the one that always comes out for me or mom mother. She is the sweetest person and makes sure problem is fixed and makes sure to let use know call if anything doesn’t work. Awesome customer care person. Good company.

Great folks to work with! Got us up and running(in the rain, mind you!) and the service is phenomenal! Money well spent! I will be recommending them to others who live out here in the sticks like I do- ha!

Service used to be great but now it's horrible. Their customer service also leaves something to be desired. I have called numerous times and my issues are never fixed. If you are even considering them as an ISP I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.
