Service was not acceptable.Part's clerk was short and snappy. Ended up purchasing my part elsewhere.They are not very knowledgeable with parts.

Check for cheaper prices for the product you're looking for. I got a gas cap and the one they offered was 20 dollars. I looked up on Google myself and there was a similar gas cap for about half that price and they did a price match.

Today I was driving from Dallas to Palestine. I made a stop in Corsicana, and when I got back in my car it wouldn’t start. I suspected the battery and called Auto Zone. Ellen took my call and dispatched Leo (in the rain no less) to give me a boost (jump my battery) so I could drive it the 2 miles to Auto Zone. I purchased a new battery and Leo installed it. Both of them literally saved the day. Thank you so much!!
