“Rusty diagnosed and fixed air conditioner issue with an inherited truck. Luckily, he kept meticulous records and was able to pull up old work done on it. Parts had a warranty through a local auto supply chain, that was very helpful in overall price. He was very thorough with telling me other issues the truck still has. Great work, great price. Will return for other repair work.”
“Don Julio has changed my head gasket "ct200h Lexus '14", radiator, water pump, inverter water pump, thermostat, fuel pump, intake manifold, egr system. He's also fixed my muffler from light shaking! He's done it all. If there's something wrong with my car he will offer to work on it and take a look if you don't know what's going on! He's Spanish speaking only but he will understand the job and get it done! Flakito the tire man has also done numerous on my car tires and my wifes aswell! This is the place to go if you're in Navarro county!”

“2022 is a time that lets Auto Dealers be as heavy handed, unresponsive, and deceptive as they chose to be. During a thee week effort to find a new commuter car, I dealt with 20+ Kia and Toyota Dealers. I ran into one honest Kia Dealer, who would sell me a base model Forte for $28K. Also, one honest Toyota dealer, who would sell me Corolla L, for $29K, when it came in. Both of those prices include a market adjustment over $5K. At least the told me, before I drove there. On my way to the metro, I passed Stewart, because they didn't have any new Corollas, when I was looking. On my way home, I stopped. The first person I met, was the General Manager. I told him the story. He thanked me for being there, and promised this would be different. He promptly paired me with Brandon, my Salesman. They didn't have the car I wanted. They promised to call, at Noon, when they had their allocation. When called, Brandon took a deposit over the phone, ensuring my car was reserved. My car came in. The deal we discussed, before there was a car, was honored. My trade appraisal was more than fair. No unwanted dealer add ons were forced upon me. I was in and out. From the moment I walked in, until I drove away in my new car, the Stewart Team did everything they said they would. In the future, if Toyota makes a vehicle that fits my needs, and Stewart has it, I'll buy it. Thank you very much!”

“Excellent repair and detail shop. I’ve been using French’s for 4 years now. They do all my details and light/medium auto repair. Victor and his crew are amazing. Details and Paint Corrections are “Top-Tier White-Glove Treatments”. Prices are excellent on labor, parts and detail jobs. In my opinion, this is the best auto shop in Corsicana. I’ve never had an issue, never had anything damaged and most importantly “they treat your vehicle with respect and care”. 5 Stars All Around! Good, trustworthy, honest mechanics are hard to find these days.”

“I’ve taken my Dodge Ram 3500 6.7 to another mechanic my family has been going to for years. They said my issue was fixed… it wasn’t. Went to Blades and they found the issue. Instead of $1200 labor and part replacement, they found the power wire was damaged. Repair saved me over $1000. HONEST people who say what they mean and stick to it. I had a similar issue after this, small basic scope of work. Took it back to first place (crazy I know, but I’m loyal and believe in second chances). Another issue with doing everything they’re supposed to do but didn’t…Blades took care of it and found more and not only gave me the option b4 fixing, but they had pics of the issue!! Needless to say, the first place FORCED me to go elsewhere, so I did and feel blessed I was led to Blades.”

“On short notice I stopped at another tire shop and found my tire was leaking air from the valve stem. The tire gauge was no longer reading, the man argued with me he replaced as it was. I came in to ask TexasTires if they could look at it for me. Chewy took the tire off and checked the other tires also. He educated me on next steps and put my tire back on. From the moment we arrived at Kent Chevrolet, we were met with exceptional service. As soon as we stepped out of our car, we were greeted by a representative who immediately asked if we needed assistance (Tracy Johnston). What stood out to us was that they weren’t pushy at all. Instead, they were genuinely helpful, ready to answer any questions we had. The customer service was stellar right from the start.
Initially, we visited the dealership looking for a diesel heavy-duty pickup truck, which their website had listed. Upon arrival, we found out that the trucks were not in stock yet. However, the team went above and beyond to show us similar vehicles and provide detailed information about the trucks we were interested in. They assured us that they would call the moment the trucks arrived.
While walking inside with Tracy, our sales consultant, to get the keys for the vehicles we wanted to check out, I noticed a Corvette in the showroom that we had been searching for months earlier. It was the exact model we had been unable to find at the time, but we had since decided to go in a different direction. I briefly glanced at it and continued with our original plan.
After exchanging information and looking at the other vehicles, we were ready to leave, thinking we’d come back once the trucks arrived. During this time, the sales manager (Andy Whitehurst) came out to greet us, making sure Tracy was taking great care of us, and introduced himself. The entire experience was so pleasant.
As we drove away, I mentioned to my husband that the showroom had the Corvette we had been searching for months ago. After a brief discussion, we decided to turn around and take a closer look. Upon our return, we were again warmly greeted by the staff, and Tracy was just as surprised as we were by our quick return. She immediately started assisting us with all the details, from discussing numbers to exploring options. We quickly realized this Corvette was the perfect fit for us. Everyone, including the finance manager (Robert Maddison), was top-notch and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
The next morning, I went to pick up our new Corvette. Tracy, demonstrating her dedication, came in on her day off to ensure the pickup process went smoothly. She introduced me to the service department, where I met the service manager and team (Taylor Dearen). They took the time to ensure I was comfortable with every aspect of the car, from starting it to programming my phone, adjusting motor settings, and even removing the top. Tracy also helped me set up the new Chevrolet app and OnStar. By the time I left, I felt completely confident and ready to enjoy my new car.
Even though they didn’t have what we originally came for, the service at Kent Chevrolet was so outstanding that we couldn’t help but make a purchase. They create a comfortable, pressure-free environment that leaves you excited about your purchase, making the entire experience so enjoyable that you just have to buy something! I can’t wait to buy another vehicle from them and will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know.”
